I hope this message finds you well. On September 20th, 2024, I had lunch at your restaurant and paid using my credit card. Unfortunately, there was a payment issue where the transaction was processed twice. The staff kindly refunded me 120 CHF in cash, and I was grateful for their assistance.

However, I recently checked my bank statement and noticed that one of the card payments was cancelled. This means I ended up not paying for my meal at all, which I hadn’t realized at the time. I sincerely apologize for the oversight, and I want to make sure that I pay for the meal properly.

Could you please let me know the best way to settle this payment or your email address? I feel responsible for ensuring that the staff and restaurant are properly compensated for their excellent service.

I must admit that choosing Chinese cuisine in Switzerland looked odd. My recent visit to a Chinese restaurant in Interlaken, on the other hand, was an unexpected delight! Every meal we ordered exceeded our expectations and left us completely happy. Without a doubt, if you find yourself in Interlaken, I highly recommend this restaurant.

What we had :

Sichuan  pickle fish This was absolutely amazing! The dish was filled with generous slices of fish meat, and there was no fishy taste at all. The soup itself was incredibly flavorful and delicious. I was blown away by how tasty it was!

Cantonese  roast duck The roast duck at  was absolutely incredible! The flavor was outstanding, and the meat was tender and succulent. It's a definite must-order!

Tomato scrambled  egg *As someone who isn't typically a fan of tomatoes, this dish was so tasty! I just couldn't stop eating it!

Fried rice I thought I could not finish my bowl of rice, despite the huge sizes of the other dishes. Surprisingly, I ate the entire bowl! That says a lot about how good it was.

Total : 115 CHF *I cannot recommend this place...

HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR INTERLAKEN TOURISTS

This place is great for those without reservations, they seemed to always absorb people even during peak dining hours 😱

This restaurant is great for families and the staff are super friendly, all with smiles snd check in on you to make sure everything is ok 🤩

The food itself was incredible, if you’re two people definitely try the duck and I would recommend two sides of Fried Rice since one portion could be too much 🍚

As for the price, given how expensive Switzerland can be the prices are very reasonable given quality of the food, portion size and the ambiance and hospitality you receive 💸

Overall a great experience, the staff was wonderful to everyone, super family and tourist friendly, and you come out of the restaurant well fed...
