This is a hole in the wall very well known local place to eat rice noodle soup. It is absolutely delicious. Bring cash.

You can order soup noodles or dry noodles with no soup, small or large. My dad had the no soup and his large bowl is huge. If you’re not that hungry I suggest sharing a large with side dishes. The side dishes are at the font of the counter for you to choose and pay at the front. There’s also a sauce bar that you can help yourself to, and it’s free.

I love the thin noodles, glass noodle soup that comes with the 8 treasure ingredient. The variety of side dishes like stewed duck blood, cucumber, pig’s ear, and eggplant are also yummy. Simple, delicious comfort food at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this place if you’re in Jiaoxi, Yilan.
