Their milk-free Swahili masala tea is among the best I have ever had in Stonetown. Unless music is played inside the cafe, the somewhat busy location will not be quiet. I was not offered wifi, but it is available. This cafe has a lot of potential overall and will return in the future.

Free Wi-Fi is also a big plus. Overall, it’s a great spot to relax, enjoy a fantastic cup of coffee, and soak in the local charm of Zanzibar. 🌴✨

What a cute shop with interesting offerings! The menu is wonderful with Swahili, Arabic and Western European options and of course, since I was at the Swahili cafe, I chose Swahili coffee. It was spicy, bold and tasty and I enjoyed it! Its also a nice little spot to sit down and take a breather from the hustle and bustle of outside. A wonderful cafe- will return to try the tea 🫖

What a cute shop with interesting offerings! The menu is wonderful with Swahili, Arabic and Western European options and of course, since I was at the Swahili cafe, I chose Swahili coffee.
