Great food quality and high standard. As the 1st time visit to Phuket, we do not even know which restaurant can offer the best quality food. Then, we met the host, Thant, who is very professional and attentive. He patiently explained all the menu items and suggested what is good to eat according to our preference as well. Not like other restaurants, he is not trying to sell by force. That's our first impression for this restaurant. That's why, we decided to try and taste is also exceptional. Thant personally served to us and makes us feel like personalised experience. The best thing is that all the staffs are very friendly and always attentive whenever we need something.

We honestly don't know how this place got any negative reviews. We were in the Kata area for 5 days, always dining out, and this was so far our favorite place. They had excellent customer service and provided us water for washing hands and even cold towels after our meals. The servings were of good size, bigger even than some of the restaurants around, and the dishes were tasty. The decor was lovely and the staff were so polite and helpful. We haven't felt inclined to review many places here but this one particularly we did after the end...

Honestly terrible.

4 of us here, only ordered mains, 2 delivered but given wrong dishes, 1 got the side 10 mins later but no grilled chicken for 40 minutes, 1 got a rib 30 mins later that was awful and only had fat no meat.
