It's a terrible place. Because of this restaurant, we are upset with Thailand and Thais in particular. We never expected such a rude customer service. Our experience: we went into this cafe, sat down at a table, asked where the ladies' room was and used it. Then we went back to the table and began to study the menu. In the process, we realized that we did not have enough baht, and we needed to change dollars for baht (we walked from the beach). When we went to the exit, a furious employee stopped us and started yelling at us (the worst thing, we think it was the manager).She screamed at the whole restaurant in front of guests. Very loud. She accused us of sitting in their cafe for so long and using their restroom without ordering anything. Moreover, she counted exactly how long we were in the toilet and at the table. It would be better if she counted the cooking time for customers so carefully. After all, the time that we were there, many customers did not receive their orders. I am very sad that the staff does not understand what a customer service is. I am very sorry that the staff does not know how to control their emotions and allows themselves to yell at the client. I am also very sorry for our wasted emotions, time, as well as customers who watched this scandal. I'm ashamed of the staff! I want to appeal to the head of this restaurant: it doesn't matter if the customer makes an order now or later, but if you treat the customers this way, they will never come back to you.People remember good, and people remember bad. And your restaurant has ruined the impression of the whole of Thailand. They say that Thais are friendly, kind, calm people, and this woman showed your people as inadequate. We were eager to return after we exchanged the money, but after this situation, we generally lost the desire to go to any restaurant. Thank you...

Absolutely horrible. Ordered a pizza and a 1/4 of wine. Pizza came out slightly undercooked asked them to put it in the oven longer so the cheese was well done. They sent it back once it came back slightly more well done but not how it should be. Asked for it to be sent back again very politely. Woman wearing red who I can only assume is the manager comes over and yells at me. Grabs the pizza and puts it back in the oven. I ask her why she felt the need to raise her voice when I has been nothing but polite to her and her staff. She then makes a scene saying they can't cook it that way, pantomiming the while nine yards in what I can only infer was an attempt to embarrass me or make a scene. She then cancels the order despite me saying I want the pizza and brings a bill for the wine.

I am still sitting here as I write this review, dumbfounded at what just happened?

Would have happily ate the pizza and paid for it, but this woman is unhinged. Such a scene over what? I politely asked for it to be cooked more as in America we commonly eat pizza well done. Not sure if she was just having a bad day or what, but a very bad experience. Not how you treat paying customers. They had already made the pizza so by treating me poorly and refusing to serve it they took a 270 baht hit because the manager overreacted.

Stay away. At least they didnt charge me for the salad, but Jesus I don't come to dinner to be verbally assualted by poorly trained staff. Again the rest of the staff was lovely and looked embarrassed that their 'boss' had acted like a petulant 4 year old...

Food. Service. Atmosphere.

Okay. Where do I start?

Service was great.

We arrived when restaurant was empty, got greeted by a host and escorted to a table.

Food was just okaaayyyyy.

I had been craving wine for a while, so we started with a bottle of Sauvignon blanc, along with caprise salad and bruschetta.

Both appetizers were tasty.

For main course I went with calzone and my bf got lasagna. Frankly, calzone was bigger than my head in size lol. Sadly a taste of it was a little bland, even when dipped in marinara sauce that it came with.

Lasagna was okay, not really flavorful, but nothing to complain about.

I was totally happy with my raspberry panna cotta desert, and gelato vanilla ice cream.! Yummy!

At the end of a dinner when we got a bill, I noticed we have been overcharged for a bottle of wine 450 baht. (It might have been an honest mistake idk)

Since that happened, I advise to everyone to check your tab before paying. (
