Absolutely loved it! The price was super affordable! Clean and seems new. There weren’t a lot of reviews about this hotel, but we still booked it and satisfied.Included breakfast has a lot of options. They also serve meal all day long, as it’s both hotel and cafe.Right in front of the office the sea! Between Karon and Kata beaches. All walking distance. We were walking to kata area for dinners. It’s quite close and has many shops on the way. Although if you go to Karon night markets, you’d better have a bike, which you can rent right by the corner of the hotel! Cheap and convenient.There’s a night lounge club in front, which is quite loud in the evening, BUT they stop music at around 10-12 (don’t remember), so you can sleep nicely. Also the road is quite noisy at the same time at night because of the motorbikes, but we were super sleepy every time, so it didn’t bother us that much. Pillows were comfortable! Touch Sea hotel’s location is really great - Karon beach is just across the road, 3 min away on foot. Although the hotel is not far from the road, it’s pretty quiet in there. There is a restaurant that belongs to this hotel, all food there is fresh and nice. The rooms are simple but clean and pretty new, the staff reacts quickly if there are any problems. When the air conditioner was not working properly in room A6, they tried their best to successfully solve the problem. The problem that they couldn’t remove was the stinky smell coming out of the drain hole in the bathroom in room A9. They explained that this required removing the toilet bowl and implementing work under it. So they promised they would try to decide this problem later on. Other than that this hotel is ok, especially if you take into account it’s great location. I think it’s better to live on the second floor than on the first floor. The view is better and I guess on the second floor there won’t be any stinky smell in...

Stayed here for quite a high price for 5 nights and the room was very average and a bit dirty/old. The toilet in particular wasn't clean and the shower is very poor. Day before I left the maid didn't replace my towels after taking them but no problem as I still had 1 so I used that. The next day on check out they said I had taken/misplaced the towels and I had to argue my side of what happened with the maid saying she definitely replaced them when she didn't. So it was my word against hers and I opened my suitcase etc to prove I didn't have them and then they said a friend I had there must have taken them!!... Teaches me for not complaining when they weren't there immediately so be warned about this. Overall for the cost I wouldn't bother. This is a 2/3 star hotel at best for a 4+ cost. Wouldn't recommend and I checked out a day early to go to...
