Our recent visit to Santa Fe' Steak at Central Festival Samui was nothing short of outstanding! My wife, Nitnipa Nakoon, our baby Helen Machedo, and I had an unforgettable dining experience that we can't stop raving about.

First and foremost, the selection of steaks at Santa Fe' Steak is truly remarkable. From the mouthwatering Chicken Steak to the succulent Pork Steak, we were spoiled for choice. Each dish was cooked to perfection, and the flavors were absolutely delightful. The French Fries, Corn, Salad, and Mushroom Soup complemented the steaks perfectly, making it a well-rounded and satisfying meal.

What made our evening even more special were the fantastic special offers available. We were pleasantly surprised by the great value for money we received. It's not often that you find such high-quality food at such reasonable prices. Santa Fe' Steak definitely knows how to make dining affordable without compromising on taste and quality.

But what truly set this restaurant apart was the friendly service we received. We were fortunate to be attended to by the manager, AEM, a lovely Thai lady who went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was exceptional. Her warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism left a lasting impression on us. We want to express our heartfelt thanks to the Manager - A Thai Lady named AEM for making our visit so memorable.

The very good steak selection, excellent special offers, friendly service, and incredible value for money make it a must-visit dining destination. AVOID AVOID AVOID…. This was just bad. The only redeeming part of the experience is the food came out fast. All the soup tastes the same just with coloring making them look different. I mean I honestly don’t want to type the experience and have to re-live it but yall deserve the details.

The staff don’t speaks English and you can almost immediately feel that they don’t enjoy western people the moment you walk in. Menu looks great but the product that makes it to the plate is just frozen and microwaved. Even the spaghetti we ordered tasted like the same cream powder they used for our soup which all tasted the SAME!

We asked for salt and they didn’t know what we meant and after showing them a photo of salt they brought us what was probably the only bottle in the restaurant. We piled our plates up to have them taken and they 100% were never picked up off our table while we ate.

They also brought the bill out to us 1 minute after we placed the order so it kinda felt like they didn’t want us to order anything else idk🤷🏻‍♂️…. They NEVER brought out the desert that was on the receipt for the bill and when we were leaving they had the nerve to chase us down at the door thinking we stilled owed 1 Baht!!! We didn’t, their math was wrong and then I wanted to ask them for $ back for the desert they never brought but my family stopped me.

First walk in impressions was ok until we placed order. I looked around and realised under our table was full of dirt from previous customers(see photo). After our steaks served, the waitress only gave me two twists of pepper from the pepper mill then left our table quick. My husband steak hasn’t got the pepper, when I asked for the pepper, no one coming back for us. I requested basic sauces, ketchup and chillie dip, was waiting ages for someone attention. My grilled chicken steak was a bit uncooked on small area(see photo) when I check through others part it was ok, again difficult to get anyone attention so I left that part and ate the rest. Pork steak was dull and hard, chips was also cold. After meal, there was also a long wait for someone’s attention to get dessert. When serving it was another bad joke, one big and one mini, neither having the chocolate as described on the menu(see photo), waitress said ran out of chocolate, absolutely disappointed why don’t tell us earlier before we ordered?
