Came to this restaurant to eat Peking duck but was disappointed. The dish we were served could not be called traditional Peking duck, it was not served fully at our table (only skin was cut in front of us) and we have not got all separate parts of the duck as it should be done, then meat was cooked second time as per 'chef's recommendation' and that was how the dish stopped being Peking duck. Moreover, even not being Peking duck meat could still be tasty but not in this restaurant (duck was dry and overcooked). Other small things we ordered was ok, but nothing special. I have been in numerous Chinese restaurants and can surely tell that my food experience in Fei Ya is one of the worst (if not the worst) which is worsened further bearing in mind that this restaurant is positioning itself as high-classed place to eat (in particular Peking duck). The second dish was Deep Fried Prawn with Wasabi Mayonnaise. It was not on the menu. It was really good too.
Pork Spareribs with Honey was a pretty good one.

The Deep Frid Chicken with Almond and orange sauce was nice.
Now, the Fried Hong Kong Noodle was just OK. The same with Pan Fried Ribeye with Crispy Garlic. It sounds good on the menu, it didn't deliver. I also got the duck meat from the Peking Duck cooked with Black Pepper. It was OK. I think the one at Man Ho was better. Skip the Bok Choi.
Desserts were good. I ordered the Chilled Sago with Melon in Coconut. I tried the mango pudding too and it was really good. But...
