Savoring Salvia: A Dining Tale of Vibes, Hiccups, and Above-Average Delights!
🍷 Vibes Set the Stage: Nestled in the heart of Salvia, the ambiance at Salvia was nothing short of magical. The dim lights, the soothing music, and the gentle buzz of conversation were the perfect recipe for an enjoyable lunch when the weather was so warm outside. 🍞 Zooming In on Hiccups: The initial excitement simmered a bit as we eagerly delved into the menu. It was apparent that the team was stretched thin. The aroma of fresh bread teased our senses, but the wait was longer than expected, with a tomato relish lost in transit. The staff, although pleasant, seemed caught in the whirlwind of being understaffed. 🤝 Staff's Pleasant Hustle: The staff hustled with smiles despite the hurdles. Time for meaningful interactions seemed scarce, yet they conveyed an earnest effort. The friendly atmosphere attempted to bridge the gaps created by the busyness. 🍲 Food for Thought: The first bite spoke volumes. The food held its own while not reaching the heights of culinary exceptionalism. Each dish had a hint of uniqueness, an above-average flair that pleasantly surprised us. A reminder that sometimes, it's the unexpected that elevates an experience. 💸 The Bottom Line: Salvia's pricing was reasonable, reflecting the Value of the experience. It was more than a dining venue; it was a rendezvous of good people, good vibes, and an above-average culinary journey. Despite the hiccups, the promise of a delightful return lingered after all in Salvia; the ambiance, the people, and the flavors blended to create a dining experience...

All the services are of a high standard due to its location at Hyatt Erawan. The atmosphere of the restaurant is elegant and gorgeous. Table space is quite a wage and comfy. They have a lot of menus with diverse choices for every person.
The cold cut is a must, with many menus on the appetiser. In comparison, pasta and pizza are what I consider to try. Salvia allowed customers to choose the pizza size to try more things on the menus. But I was surprised about the risotto with a crab, which was a seasoning menu. The taste was different, and the ingredients gave it a fresh and sour taste. They were cutting the oily things that I had eaten before.
Next is the soft-shell crab salad. I genuinely said that it was a good dish for a salad lover. As I wasn’t into balsamic dressing, this dish was unexpected. For a rib-eye, Angus steak is superb. The scent of the grilled and the texture of the rim is to die for. It was perfectly combined with the rocket and balsamic dressing beneath the steak, making it a cherry on top for this dinner.
You can’t end it til trying some desserts. Tiramisu served in 3 scoops with rich mascarpone and amaretto. You can smell the exact coffee and liquor while enjoying the sweetness...
