The word ”Bankara” is a colloquial term that was once used in Japan to best describe an individual outstanding and unique style amidst the swarm of a conformist society. Tonkotsu soup is perfectly rich, fatty as always but I always add generous amount of grated fresh garlic to enhance the broth even crazier further.

Karaage also top notch, it’s perfectly fried every time. Chicken stays juicy and flavorful, batter is addictively crispy. I like to dip it in tonkotsu broth, it’s marvelous. Better than other karaage I’ve had in many Japanese restaurants.
The whole experience is always very positive, up to par with quality strong ramen in Japan. So no wonder I kept...
