Swensen’s Siam Paragon — Restaurant in Pathum Wan Subdistrict

UPDATE Dec 2024: I downgraded my rating because the staff gave us incorrect receipt, charging us for a wafer dip we didn’t order. When I explained the issue, they refused to revise the receipt and insisted it was correct. Fortunately, I had taken a photo of our order before eating, which served as proof.

Do take note that order receipt is not given immediately and the tendency of mixed up will bound to happen.

I have been visiting them daily throughout my stay all these years and very disappointed with their process...

Founded in 1948 by Earle Swensen, he opened his first shop at the corner of Union and Hyde Streets, along the cable car tracks in Russian Hill in San Francisco. Coit Tower and Chocolate Ring a Ding remain my favourites.

“Swensens”, this ice cream shop is amazing 😊. When you walk past this shop, you will look twice because of their convenient seating and lovely decoration. Plus the cutest hostess standing at the entrance of the shop 🤍😍. She welcomes every single guest with a warmly welcome smile. I choose a “durian monthong sundae boat”. Their ice cream taste and presentation are fantastic as well. I love it!! I will always come back...
