This comment is for this Luk Kai Thong branch only - as I have a much better experience with other branches. Besides the Pang Cha dessert which was good, the quality of the food I have tried here is insanely poor and out of control. Food were served way too slow judging from the amount of customer in the restaurant. The "signature" Rad-Na that I have ordered are served cold and the noodle texture was way too soggy with a dilute amount of gravy. All the dishes were way over-priced - with only a small portion of shrimp and meat was given to most of the dishes and not to mention that it was not fresh (some of them is even raw). There was also some starch sediments floating in my glass of water - seems like they didn't clean their dishes and glass well. My advise is to try Luk Kai Thong at other branches. There a better place to try Thai food in Siam Paragon at a reasonable price (even the food court at the G floor is...
Read moreNormally, we come here only to eat "Pang Cha", one of the famous dessert of this restaurant which made from Thai teas adding with bubble, jelly and pieces of bread.
So, last week, we tried to order some food due to the concept of the restaurant "Royal Cooking". After we tried them, the taste was just so so (I would say there were not that good as to be a royal cooking).
BUT!!!!! The price that we paid is too too Expensive!!! We ordered 2 main dishes (we know the price from the menu before we ordered, just expected the quantity should be the same amount that we paid). That day we paid nearly 1,600 THB for 2 main dishes and 1 Pang Cha - -". For this price, we can eat a buffet in a 5 stars hotel for 2 people by using a credit card promotion.
So, the overall I gave 3 Stars (minus by its pricey) & Recommend only EAT Pang Cha...
Read moreUnexpected lunch here and it took us by a very pleasant surprise!! Not cheap for BKK standard but the food is very good quality.
For 2 people, we had the baked jumbo tang hoon with crab and the king prawn Tom yum soup. The king prawns were very fresh and large in size, Tom yum was a perfect balance of spicy and sour. We were most surprised by the tang hoon dish as the crab meat did not look like it’s a lot when it was first served. But when we tossed it around, all the crab meat were at the bottom (already peeled for you) and it was very generous!! The tang hoon itself is so flavourful as well.
Would definitely recommend this place if you are willing to...
