Hai Di Lao’s service and food left a deep impression on me! The restaurant is clean and well organized, with a warm and inviting atmosphere perfect for enjoying hotpot with friends or family. The ingredients are fresh, and there is a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The beef and seafood, in particular, are tender and delicious. The self-service sauce station is also great, allowing you to customize the perfect dipping sauce to suit your taste. The most impressive part is Hai Di Lao’s exceptional service! The staff are friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with cooking, providing aprons, and even offering phone covers to ensure a comfortable dining experience. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely be coming back! Charin is an incredibly skilled and detail oriented nail technician! Her technique is precise, ensuring that every step is done perfectly from shaping the nails to applying the polish evenly. She also patiently recommended suitable designs and colors based on my preferences, making my nails look even more beautiful. Moreover, Charin has a wonderful attitude. She is patient and friendly, making the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. I will definitely book with her again next time. highly recommended

On a regular weekday at around 2pm there was a queue that took 40 minutes to get in. You'd get a number with a QR code that leads to a webpage displaying queue progress. They also send an SMS in Chinese when your number is up. Services available while waiting: one massage chairs, snacks, drinks, coffee, manicure, children playground. The serving staff are very attentive and speak basic English. Menu taking is done through an iPad attached to every table. You can mention a birthday and a crew of 3 people would randomly appear at your table singing a birthday song in Chinese. This seems to be a frequent occurrence. They'd come with a birthday plate that'll be charged afterwards. It's not immediately clear if the sauce bar and refillable drinks are chargeable as it's not explained. However even if you don't order them, a serving staff would check your iPad and add additional items to your charges, so if in doubt just ask them in advance.

As a frequent patron of Hai Di Lao in Singapore, I was shocked to encounter the worst experience I have ever had at the restaurant. Despite there not being many customers, the waiting time was close to two hours, and the quality of service was significantly lacking. One of the most disappointing aspects of the experience was the need for self-service. Although we expected the staff to help us with laying out dishes and scooping soup oil, we were left to do it ourselves for most of the meal. This made the dining experience much less enjoyable and diminished the value of the restaurant's service. Moreover, the most significant issue we faced was that we did not receive one of our pork belly portions, even though it was marked as served. This mistake was unacceptable, and it showed a lack of attention to detail on the part of the staff. If this kind of mistake were experienced by the CEO of Hai Di Lao, it would undoubtedly raise concerns about the restaurant's standards. Overall, my recent experience at Hai Di Lao in Thailand,Bangkok (CentralWorld outlet) was incredibly disappointing. The waiting time, self-service, and the mistake with our order all contributed to a significant decrease in the quality of the dining experience. As a loyal customer, I hope that Hai Di Lao will take these issues seriously and take steps to improve their service and standards. Otherwise, they risk losing the trust of their customers and damaging their reputation.

I am a fan of this hotpot chain but this one in Thailand was lacking in both service and food items. We had to constantly get the attention of waiters to serve us. The meat didn’t look as premium but the quality is the same standard. Lacking in the seafood items, they had local inspired side dishes such as cold noodles braised peanuts and typical fruits such as watermelon and Dragon fruit. Dipping sauces are the same. Didn’t have beancurd and aiyu jelly which is usually the highlight of our visit to Haidilao. Even the ice cream had limited flavours only strawberry and chocolate. They did have a queueing system and you actually have to arrive early to take a queue number. they had both snacks and games while waiting. I will also say the ambience of the restaurant did not feel well coming or inviting with poor lighting know everything was well organised. It just didn’t feel as premium and exciting as the other outlets in Singapore and Malaysia. There is a local soup option like Tom Yum and tomato soup and chicken and Mala staple is available. Also Haidilao Noodle.

One of the greatest service ever. The hot pot is really nice, variety of Traditional soup, only in this branch they served Tom-Yum soup. They also give a plenty of menu from Meat to Vegetables, and drinks. The snacks is limited choices, not that much interested. Overall, the taste and the ingredient is really good, fresh and serve in the big amount of portion. The price is really reasonable and worth to paid. Staff is really well train, nice and friendly. They are very polite and helpful, some staff is Chinese and some of Thai staff can communicated in Chinese.***The big challenge here is queues, we wait about 6 hours, because they said that they are not fully operated yet. But while waiting the serve snack and drinks all the time, and you can used they services likes painting nail, printing photo or massage chair. There are also some games like Domino or Uno to play while waiting.***

Came based on a recommendation from my Chinese colleague. Apparently the massages-while-you-wait as well as many of the other perks available in the Chinese branches do not exist at this one(there was one massage chair, though some inconsiderate lady decided to keep to herself for several hours). Minimal snacks and desserts are provided. We arrived at 3pm on a Saturday and there were 218 tables in queue. When we left at 8pm there were 183 tables. It's an ungodly long time to wait. Luckily for us you can make a reservation in advance if you speak Chinese, apparently. In any case the food was quite good and portions were generous albeit you can only order a la carte. Ultimately it's really about customizing your own sauce, it seems. From starving to full it was about THB800/person for the food, without booze. All in all a great first time and would happily return again.
