We got a ticket at 7:45pm. The staff rang us just before 8pm and said a table was available. We went back to the restaurant within 2 minutes but the staff said the table would be available in 10 minutes. Apparently, they have given our table to someone else. While waiting, they asked us to order the soup base first. At 8:14, they showed us the order note and said we had to finish our meal at 9:30. We asked why. They showed us the order time is 8:10 and said the time limit for premium set is 1 hour and 45 minutes. We said then the finish time shouldn't be 9:30 and the main thing was we haven't even got our table yet, not to mention started eating but they started counting the time! I choose premium package with 2 types of soup. Shrimps are fresh too.
