Good Ice Cream, But the Experience Was Disappointing

I dropped by Swensen’s at Central Festival Samui and honestly expected better. Most of the tables were dirty, and after walking around for a bit, I had to settle for the least messy one all the way in the back.

No one greeted us or offered a menu for the first 10 minutes; not even a simple hello. It felt like the staff didn’t really want to be there.

On the bright side, once we finally ordered, the ice cream came out quickly and tasted fine. But even then, eating it at a dirty table kind of took away from the experience.

Ice cream and sweet lovers dream! Clean, air conditioned ice cream parlour in Jungceylon Mall with a great view of the fountain and boat. You only notice the view until you check out the menu.
