Pasha cafe bistro — Restaurant in Göreme

The service and food were underwhelming. However, the experience took a turn for the worse when the bill arrived. After our own calculations, the total seemed incorrect, so we requested an itemized bill to clarify the charges. The staff's reaction to our inquiry was unwelcoming, and they displayed a noticeable attitude. Upon reviewing the detailed bill, we discovered a surprising charge for the butter I had requested – it amounted to nearly half the price of my meal. Furthermore, we were charged for bread that was automatically brought to our table at the beginning, which we had assumed was complimentary, as is common practice in most restaurants. In fact, we hadn't even asked for bread. This felt like a deceptive tactic to inflate the bill. What a great night we had at this place!

The draught beers were only 150 lira (half the price other places are selling bottles for) and they were served in fridge cold glasses and was clean/fresh tasting.

We were greeted by Eric who works there and he was a bundle of fun and added to the night with his quirky personality. A friendly personality goes a long way when keeping customers happy!

They had live music when we arrived, a self taught guitairist called Ata, who was a great player and played an amazing selection of songs that got people dancing. On top of this he was a very nice guy to speak to between his sets.

A quick drink turned into leaving several hours later, due to having such a great time.

Walked in. Someone immediately asked, “do you have a reservation?” It’s a Monday night in September, it was empty, so no. No reservation. He didn’t follow up with information, just pushed us out. Worst place in Cappadocia. Never come here.

EDIT: I actually came back again and this time I was asked, "Do you have a girl with you?" I said no and they said, "Then you cannot come in" I told them I just wanted a gin tonic and to sit down in one of the many empty tables. They told me I could only takeaway. I had my sunglasses recording so you can see how they treat people.

Do not recommend this bar. Apparently very selective staff and one of them even tried to chase after me once he saw I had my glasses recording...
