Taste Of Korea Premium Restaurant — Restaurant in Abu Dhabi

Been eager to check this out as I have tried their version in Cristal Hotel for non-halal offerings.

The place is well lit and cozy. one part is overlooking the Bus Terminal whilst the other sofa type of sittings.

As expected, exhaust are working perfectly as the smell was minimal. And the grills are non-stick, hence you wont need a lot of oil causes the smell on your clothes. Call bells are also working well.

For the staff, all of them were accommodating and friendly.

We availed the unlimited Korean BBQ. Few selections, almost the same as we had with their branch in Cristal hotel.

Meat were tasty, but quite chewy for some.

They have a buffet table at the middle which you were able to have a selection of pickled fruits and veggies. Pre-cooked meals, a selection of fresh vegetables for the grill. A bun toaster which is also new. 2 types of soup and a bowl of fresh fruit.

Though it may look odd, that their pre cooked foods were cold. They might need a food warmer to keep it in a delightful condition. As we needed to warm the bulgogi in the grill 😅

I gave 3/5 for the food due to a handful of selections vs the price point and the cold pre-cooked ones.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at TOK Restaurant, and I must say, it was truly a remarkable experience. The staff members are exceptionally attentive and friendly, ensuring that every need is promptly attended to with a warm and professional attitude. The service was seamless and efficient, making us feel valued throughout our visit.

The restaurant offers an impressive buffet with a wide variety of selections, catering to diverse tastes and preferences. Since ive experience their cristal hotel branch, i have a high expectation that it would be the same. We avail the promo 99 aed which a combination of unli bbq & buffet.

On Buffet, all items are finished and refilling is so slow. Not all the condiments & food is there.

i like their bulgogi & chicken but i hope they will have sauce variety like cheese which is expected to a samgyupsal.

Japchae texture is okay but its lacking of taste. The kimbap is lacking of flavoring as well.

Ambiance is good, not to smokey and all ventilation is working.

I observe they are lack of staffs, given its weekend and more customers are expected to come.

the variety of meats is even little, since is quite pricey compare to other samgyupsal here in UAE im expecting more variety but its little unfotunately like 5-7 choices only.

It was my love ones birthday. Good points they have complimentary free bingsu for birthday celebrant. My only issue is it takes them time to serve it.
