I had an absolutely wonderful dining experience here! I ordered the Shrimp Laksa and Mongolian Beef, and both dishes exceeded my expectations.

The Shrimp Laksa was nothing short of exceptional—rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. The broth had a perfect balance of spice and coconut creaminess, giving it that deep, comforting taste you look for in a good laksa. The shrimp were fresh and plump, and the noodles were cooked to the perfect texture, soaking up all that delicious, aromatic soup. Every spoonful was satisfying, with layers of flavor that kept me wanting more.

As for the Mongolian Beef, it was incredibly tender and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The sauce had a great blend of savory and slightly sweet notes, complementing the beef perfectly without overpowering it. You could tell the dish was made with quality ingredients and cooked with care.

Beyond the amazing food, what truly stood out was the service. The manager and staff were genuinely lovely—very polite, attentive, and accommodating. They made the experience feel warm and welcoming, and I truly appreciated the hospitality.

We recently visited The Asian Lotus Restaurant at Al Wahda Mall, Abu Dhabi and tried their curry laksa with prawns and the green chicken curry. The curry laksa was good—I like the creaminess of the broth and the generous portion of succulent prawns. The noodles were cooked to the right texture, soaking up the flavorful soup.

The green chicken curry was equally good. The curry had creamy texture with a hint of spice that was well-suited to the tender chicken pieces. As a suggestion, the chef might consider using dark meat instead of chicken breast, and to include the steamed rice with the dish instead of having to order it separately.

Service at The Asian Lotus was great, thanks to Sukarni from Myanmar. Sukarni was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, enhancing the overall dining experience.
