Wanis Lounge & Restaurant — Restaurant in Dubai

I went there to celebrate our graduation, expecting at least a decent experience, but honestly… I left so upset and disappointed. Everything was just terrible.

• The food came cold, tasted awful, and definitely not worth the price. • The music was horrible, the singer even worse, and it made the atmosphere so annoying instead of enjoyable. • The service? Careless. We are a family of 6 and a small table was given to us. We had to ask them for a bigger table. • The bathroom was disgusting — water all over the floor, no tissues, just a complete mess. • On top of it all, the place was so hot, I was literally sweating while trying to enjoy my meal.

It was supposed to be a special day, but they completely ruined it. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I honestly regret going there. Don't waste your money...

The service is the worst. It started when the waiter while taking the order, suddenly left us and went to say Hi to some ladies. They served Chicken liver but no spoon,so we were waiting and waving to them to get us a spoon . There was no salt /pepper on the table,again we had to wait and wave to the staff while the whole restaurant had 4 tables only with customers , but all staff are enjoying their time chatting,except Hussam the waiter who was coming to Check if all was ok. The village is a nice place to dine ,but definitely,will not come back or recommend it for any one....

Terrible service, Terrible management of this restaurant. We came with clients and what a terrible mistake. Please dont bring Anyone here.

No lamb chops in mixed grill “out of stock”. No beer in tap “Out of stock”. No screwdriver cocktail “out of stock”. Waiter forgot items from our order - “i forgot”

I would ask le meredien to close this restaurant as soon as possible. Seems like a restaurant out of stock on food and beverages, but full of excuses. Unfortunately excuses don't help hunger.

Ofcourse they charged us full price atleast the credit card machine was...
