Nando's Taunton — Restaurant in England

Really don’t understand the hype this food can be done better at home. The only thing cheeky about Nando’s is what they charge you for this woke feed.

Unfortunately ordered through delivery. Sunset chicken burger £10.95 and it’s the size of the 99p burgers McDonalds used to sell. Finished in a couple of bites and it was unremarkable.

10 hot wing roulette not for the faint hearted: Are you serious not hot at all ( well it’s probably snowflake hot for your woke customers)

Order an phal from the local curry house and learn what hot is.

The only good here is your sauces so at least you have that going for you when you eventually go out of fashion.

The food was great, however the service and wait was a joke. We had the wrong food brought to our table twice, given there was only 6 tables sat downstairs, shouldn't be hard to work out who's order was for which table. One member of staff was flying around the floor dealing with takeaways and deliveroo drivers, to the point that one other member staff was nearly sent flying. Having all the takeaway collection customers and delivery driver literally stood over our table whilst eating was off putting as well. We had over an hour wait for our mains, in which time 20+ deliveries were sent to the front of the restaurant to be delivered. More focus seemed to be on that than the customers in the restaurant. A couple of male members of staff were helpful and apologetic, but wasn't really enough to make up for the wait, the confusion and uncomfortable experience. Always great food and staff are always friendly and helpful. Remember your Nando's card for free chicken rewards and always go for the bottomless drinks so you can refill whenever!!

They have ground floor seating and upstairs too where the toilets are located. They also have a lift for accessible use but not sure I have ever seen the upstairs used for seating though.

The current COVID QR code virtual queue told me 40 min wait so I went shopping then said table ready 2 minutes after so not sure if the timings...
