O'Learys Bar — Restaurant in England

Came to hull with a group of friends for the first time, and we were instantly drawn to O'Learys, beautiful beautiful place! The aesthetic and vibe was incredible, and phenomenal bar staff, Mel was the only one one shift all night and she was fantastic, catered to every need and went the extra mile to help us around Hull and I'll also commend her on the incredible music taste! We will definitely be back in the near future. My only complaint is that the diet coke was very flat and didn't taste quite right however, this didn't dampen my mood as there was a vast array of other drinks to choose...

Hostile, Suspicious Bar Staff, Horrible Atmosphere. Place was Deserted on a Friday night. I was catching up to friends from Old White Hart . I bought a whisky for £7 (!!!), poor value. It was a big place and I went to find the toilets and see if my friends where in the beer garden. Barmaid accosted me and asked with a really nastyattitude 'can I help you?'....like I was trying to rob the place. There was absolutely no reason for her to be acting like that. Needed food before checking into our hotel and this was one of the few places open on a Monday afternoon. Sports bars are not my favourite and the bank of huge screens behind the bar nearly had us running out. But thankfully we stayed and had the most delicious toastie and fish finger sandwich (both with chips). It's well worth giving it a go. Dropped a star because of the sport - sorry.
