We ordered the Tagliatelle Cacio e Pepe (No. 2) and the Spaghetti alla Carbonara (No. 6) at The Fresh Pasta Kitchen

The Spaghetti alla Carbonara (No. 6) has a rich flavor. The cheesy taste was balanced by the kick of black pepper, which perfectly cut through the creaminess of the cheese, making each bite smooth and enjoyable. The pasta itself had a fantastic and satisfying chew. The sauce emulsified perfectly, clinging to every strand of spaghetti. We also loved the crispy pancetta it wasn’t too soft nor too crispy that might scratch your mouth. With every chew, the flavor of the pork, along with a hint of smoke, filled my mouth. When combined with the pasta and sauce, it created an elevated taste experience. Initially, the portion seemed modest, but it turned out to be just right. We can tell that the chef poured immense care into every detail of this dish. We were genuinely moved by the meal. And it certainly deserves a five star!

My friend ordered the Tagliatelle Cacio e Pepe (No. 2), which offered a completely different, more refined flavor profile compared to the Carbonara. I only had a single bite, but I'm eager to try it myself on our next visit.

We love a good pasta dish & a good side, end of day service is an excellent chance to see if sevice remsin consistent from start to finish, we ordered a beef shin tagliatelle with a side of truffle fries & thus is what the doctor ordered, after an afternoon of 5 star posh dining we took on the Chester Market in the evening. Fresh pasta kitchen 😋 was in a word Yummy, a good portion both main & side & full on flavour, beef shin melted in your mouth with an accompanying sauce that was delicious 😋 but needed a tab more tang, fries 🍟 are not hard to get wrong, a good chip covered in chives, Parmalat cheese & truffle oil in a winner & these were fabulous, in all we all enjoyed the taste, value, quality & consistency between portions & for a food stall serving end of a busy day, we got your back on this your a winner...

Every time I come to Chaster market, I will stop here for a pasta — it’s a must! Their pasta dishes are absolutely amazing.

Last time I was here, I had their black truffle risotto — incredibly creamy, rich in truffle flavour and perfectly cheesy. This time I come on Sunday around 4:00 it was sold out…....but the owner kindly offered me a small portion to since I came from far. Really appreciate the gesture!

We ended up ordering the Carbonara — rich, cheesy, and full of flavour, with proper Italian pancetta that added so much depth.

Also tried the Gnocchi alla Sorrentina — soft potato gnocchi in a beautifully intense tomato sauce, topped with stretchy, melty cheese. It honestly felt like being back in Italy.
