Great doughnuts but the customer service given by the lady on the till was less than impressive.

When entering the shop it felt like I was more of a disturbance than a customer. She went on to clear up boxed on the back shelf without even saying hello to me as a customer and being the only person in there and it being very small that is basic customer service skills. When I asked about mini doughnuts which were sold out there was no smile, pleasantries or come back tomorrow, she just said sold out then continued to tidy up behind the counter. Thank god for the sweet treats making up for the poor customer service.

I won’t name names but reading other recent reviews she has been mentioned.

I came across a Cool little Dohnut coffee shop today, so I thought I'd try it out. I haven't been to much coffee shops at all and noticed its a growing trend.

What I love : Well evething tbh I like the look and feel of the shop, modern relaxed environment, Staff friendly and informative , Good music playlist, with a tasty creative choice for dounuts, they even have healthy Organic vegan choices. I tried the dark chocolate truffle vegan dohnut, definitely a first for me and a popular choice so I've herd, really soft not too sweet, perfect with a iced chocolate drink. Definitely worth another visit.

Friendly, knowledgable staff that know everything about their products. Doughnuts are absolutely amazing, and the seasonal flavours are a nice touch.

Service a little slow sometimes when only one person is working, but the coffee is worth it.

As a new customer, I found digital menu board frustrating. You have to wait to see the right part of the menu you want, and by the time you’ve found your drink on the list, it’s moved on to the next page and you have to wait for another two pages for it to come back.
