Franco Manca Soho is an absolute gem of a restaurant that I highly recommend to anyone looking for delicious and authentic Neapolitan-style pizza. The restaurant is located in the heart of Soho, making it a convenient spot for a quick lunch or a leisurely dinner. One of the standout dishes at Franco Manca Soho is their truffle-based pizza, which is simply mouthwatering. The combination of fresh dough, rich tomato sauce, and fragrant truffle oil makes for a truly indulgent and satisfying meal that you won't soon forget. In addition to the amazing pizza, the restaurant also offers a great selection of salads, sides, and drinks, all of which are made with high-quality ingredients and great attention to detail. The service is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making for a truly enjoyable dining experience. Overall, I highly recommend Franco Manca Soho to anyone looking for top-quality pizza in a great location. The truffle-based pizza is a must-try, but everything on the menu is delicious and satisfying. Don't miss out on this amazing restaurant!

I love Franco Manca. But alas this time we were disappointed. Ultimately the manager made it right by giving us our meal for free which was good of him. But.... We went for the Special Christmas pizza that had been advertised on socials etc which is a Beef and Yorkshire pudding pizza. I was on the fence about the idea but my Yorkshire friend was passionately selling it to me... And as you can imagine............ We order the special. Then the pizzas arrives.. Meat cold Gravy cold - they had no way to heat it, so it was barely lukewarm And... No Yorkshires.... Sorry. (Probably could have put a sign up to say Naughty elves have eaten all the Yorkshires but..... No was left to be a complete surprise...) Rather disappointing. Put a downer it all as we were really looking forward to it. I'm sure it would have been fantastic. Gravy flavour was great .. maybe I'd go to a different one. Or maybe there are better pizza places when in Soho. (Try Japes... Or Icco... They are just round the corner. - trust).

I am a loyal Franco Manca customer specifically because of their gluten free options, having been in numerous branches I can fairly say this is by far the worst one. I’ve never been at a restaurant where everyone else, not only on my table, but in the entire restaurant has got their food, except me. Guess there’s always a first for everything.

After initially waiting at the table for 20 minutes and numerous attempts to make eye contact with any member of staff so we can get some food we finally managed to get the attention of a reluctant (and I suspect stoned) waiter to place our order. It took 10 minutes to get our drinks, another 10 for the pizzas to arrive. The other two people at my table happily tucking in while I waited for my order. Probably around 5 minutes later another waiter comes over to say the pizza I ordered actually has gluten in the topping, ok (couldn’t the other guy tell me this while I was ordering??) I said I’ll just get a Margherita. A bit annoyed at this point as we were heading to the cinema soon and I was super hungry at this point but hey, pizza doesn’t take that long to make. Further 15 minutes go by, the manager is now at our table explaining the second waiter actually never took my margarita order to the kitchen so they haven’t made it! What?! Our table was about 2 meters away from the chef and he was preparing a pizza which I assumed was mine. Well, actually it was for the waiter who didn’t put my order through, but made sure to put his order in for his break. There was about 4 other tables so it’s wasn’t like they were overwhelmingly busy which made the whole thing even more ridiculous. I’m watching this waiter tucking away in the corner of the restaurant while I explain to the manager that we have to go now to catch this film, and I can’t exactly bring a take out pizza into a cinema. He did offer to cover our drinks which was nice enough. Doesn’t change the fact that I had a very...

Hi! I have dined in the restaurant yesterday and was really disappointed by the service. As soon as I finished my meal in 15 minutes (because I was very very hungry), the waitresses asked me to free the table and leave. I am a very big fan of your pizza and a frequent customer but to be kicked out of the restaurant is disgraceful. Just because I was super hungry, ate fast, didn't leave one slice of my pizza on my plate and pretended that I am still eating doesn't give you the privilege to kick me out. The table near me was eating from the same pizza and chatting before I arrived to my table and stayed after I left and the table opposite was sitting there with nothing on the table but a drink also before I arrived and was still there after I left. I also told the waitress after I finished my food that I am waiting on a friend to join me and she was arriving in 5- 10 minutes from the moment I finished my food and this wasn't convincing enough for me to stay. Their argument was because I wasn't sure if my friend will have something to eat, though I was certain that we will be ordering drinks. I understand what it is like to adhere to policies because I work in HR but there should be some sort of flexibility to your policy such as having a time frame for each table and not just the policy of kicking a customer out out as soon as they finish their meal. A flexible policy like that will give the option for the waitress to assess the situation and act according to each case. One strategy fits all doesn't work! Honestly speaking this is the first time I write a bad review to any business because I am not the kind of person who wants to harm a brand's reputation just for the sake of it; I was just very very disappointed with the service and I hope my voice is raised...

We dropped in aster a show. As we had not booked we were seated at the left end as you come down the stairs. We were there a while waiting for someone to come and take our order. Whilst we waited I observed the water bottles being filled as our table was right next to the tap. There is a special tap to fill the drinking bottles. The tap was on and overflowing the already filled water bottle. All the staff walking by occasionally removed the bottle and put a nother one there to fill then overfill. I call a waiter over to ask if he could take our order which he did. We order 2 coffees water and 2 pizzas. He made the coffee looked in the fridge for milk and then came over and told us there was no milk so no coffee. My husband asked for orange juice he said they had run out. I had heard him tell the table in front of me they had run out of apple juice so we just stayed with water. There was no friendly customer service with the taking of the order or delivery of the news, just. A staff member doung a job. Our pizzas were delivery by another staff member who was friendly and said to enjoy our pizza. Half way through my pizza a staff member eventually turn off the permanently running tap. I felt relief and sat thinking of all that wasted water. I also observed the half empty water bottles just being topped up. The bottles were not wiped down from the last customer just topped up. Needless to say that although the food was very tasty the service was very under whelming and will not go there again. This is not the service we experienced in other London Franco Mancas. The restaurant was not filled to capacity. There were only walking whilst...
