This is my most favourite Nando’s in London! I prefer this Jubilee Place branch rather than Cabot Place one (***There are 2 Nando’s in Canary Wharf Shopping Centre!) Because this restaurant’s floor to ceiling height is very high, I found it is more spacious and breathable than the Cabot Place one. I like eating in Nando’s because you could expect you could eat well and satisfied. It is a very family friendly restaurant and the price is reasonable, the portion size are relatively big and the choices of food and drinks are very good. Although it is serving delicious peri peri chicken as same as other branches, it cooks perfectly! The spicy rice and chips tastes amazing. The spiced grains and butternut squash is very tasty, too! Recently, I am very grateful for they have changed to serve Fanta Zero rather than the original Fanta. (Fanta zero is a sugar free, more healthier option and it is one of my family favourite drink.) The staff are always very friendly and charming, the service is good. The vibe is very relaxing, too! It is wonderful to eat in here after shopping. There is a basin in the restaurant where you can wash your hands before and after eating. And there are two sauces counters and two soft drink machines at each side of the restaurant. However, if you want to go to toilet, you need to use the shopping centre’s own toilet and it is just a few steps next to this Nando’s.

An Exemplary Display of Hospitality: From the moment of arrival, I was met with the warmest welcome by Cynthia, whose infectious smile and genuine happiness set the tone for my entire dining experience. I was guided to my table promptly, a seamless start that was indicative of the excellent service to follow. The exceptional service was perpetuated when I placed my order with Thiago. His enthusiasm was on par with Cynthia's, giving me the assurance that this franchise prides itself on maintaining a high standard of customer service. The food was not only fresh but was also served piping hot, further elevating the dining experience. Impressively, the entire order was delivered to the table in less than eight minutes, a testament to their efficiency. With minimal fuss, I was able to have a quick yet satisfying meal, a feat that many other establishments struggle to achieve. This franchise certainly sets a benchmark for others to aspire to, offering invaluable lessons in customer service and operational efficiency. A minor point to note, however, is that the venue could benefit from a refurbishment. Some of the booths appeared slightly worn out, contrasting with the otherwise top-tier experience. Despite this minor shortcoming, the overall experience was memorable, thanks to the exceptional service and quality of food.

We (4 adults and 4 children) visited Canary Wharf to see the Winter Lights. We went to this Nandos as the children usually enjoy the food. It was much to our disappointment! We were seated in an acceptable time and the order was taken smoothly but the wait for food was unacceptable! My daughter fell asleep at the table and the other 3 were restless. The place was poorly managed! The Manager gave chips for the children which we had to ask for! We had to chase our order 4 times which arrived after 45 minutes. Staff were not proactive! My dish was the last to arrive as my husband was finishing his. I ordered the Fino pitta which was recommended by my friend with us - there was very little chicken in it and the lettuce was browning. I had to rush my food so we could see the rest of the lights! Nandos - we did not pay for a substandard meal! Your staff need to be trained to deal with these situations!

I would like someone from head office to address this. There is a clear issue with staff ability and management processes here. I visited in person with my son, I made an order for take away. I waited for my order. When it was ready, the member of staff said it’s all in there. I asked to double check it and she said it’s ok it’s all in there. I explained that I don’t want drama later, she said don’t worry, it’s all in there. The lady who packed my bag was eastern and wears a head scarf.

When I got home I had missing items. It was frustrating due to the fact that I pushed to double check it and trusted the Nando’s employees ability to pack a bag. One would think that is a basic and simple task. It seems not.

I called up, and had some guy tell me that “we’ll sort it out” … he didn’t take any of my details so I said would you like my name email etc.. he spoke to a manager who said take his email name number etc. I gave all my details… 3 days pass and nothing. So I called up and asked about this. Turns out the man I spoke to didn’t write any of my details down. Which means when he was saying “yeah … yeah… yeah…” to me when reciting my details. He was taking no notes. Smh… I spoke to a manager named Ezra, she took my details down again and said I’ll sort this out right now, I’m so sorry it’s not been dealt with’ … one day later… nothing. I called again today and spoke to some guy named Salas whose tone needs to be taken down a few notches. Salas said Ezra mentioned me.. and she’d sort it out after lunch. It’s 14:36 btw…I am also management in a criminal law firm so in a professional setting, I explained that when someone says I’ll do this “right now”, it means immediately. As to set a level of expectation. If Ezra meant tomorrow, she should have said tomorrow. The entire thing is mismanaged, and amateur. Read the above and tell me different?

Where is the customer service? Surely this cannot be Nando’s process or quality of service.

I had to cut my kids food in half and you guys put halloumi in the burger box, I didn’t even order that! I took photos of it but what was the point. Zero action.

I’ll never trust nando’s staff to pack my order again, always get it confirmed. It’s happened in the past before but it wasn’t a big deal, but it upset my kids this time and the incompetence is frustrating for me. I recommend HQ check staff skills. Very...

There's generally very little variation in the Nando's formula, so if you like Nando's you'll be fine coming here. But this restaurant was a little too close to the lower end of the Nando's quality spectrum for my liking. I'll be coming back tomorrow because I want Nando's again...just begrudgingly.

First off, the waiter who showed me to the table spoke so fast I could barely understand what he was saying. I picked a few words like 'sink', 'toilets', 'drinks', so I got the gist of what he was saying. Then I went to the till as usual to order my starter and main course. A few minutes later the starter came, and before I had time to decide if it was undercooked enough to send it back and ask them to try again (it was undercooked, but undercooked halloumi is still edible), the head waiter came with my main course and moved on. After about 30 seconds of looking between my starter and main course the head waiter returned to ask if everything was OK. I asked if he could take the main course back because it'd be cold by the time I'd finished my starter, which he happily did. When he brought it back, I don't think it was stored anywhere particularly warm because the chicken had cooled quite a lot just as I had feared.

I wanted to give the restaurant a higher review. The head waiter seemed like a nice guy. But it seems like they were more focused on getting the food out there and disposing of customers as quickly as possible instead of ensuring a quality dining experience (I know this might sound like I'm expecting too much - it is Nando's, after all - but I've been to many better ones around the country).

Hopefully, tomorrow will be a better experience.

Oh, and before I forget, the ambience wasn't to my liking, either. The restaurant is open to the food hall like many of the other restaurants in this place. I prefer the more cosy ones.

EDIT: Day number 2 and things were much better, so I improved my rating accordingly. The halloumi stick starter came before the main course and was well cooked. The main course was hot when it arrived after I had finished my starter. And the guy on the till was very helpful, easily resolving an issue when the drink I ordered wasn't in stock. I will leave yesterday's comments where they are because yesterday happened, but I can happily say that I will return next time I start in...

This restaurant is the worst management restaurant in London I have seen. As a experiment restaurant worker I can tell seurelly they have no respect at all for all the costumers. If you order a deliveroo food. You must be ready to wait 40 to 1hour long to the food be ready just Becouse the staffs are no interest to prepare deliveroo food instead they pass every single one ho's coming to eat in or take way in the restaurant. So. If they (staffs or management thinking deliveroo drivers are not a costumer they should review they concept. Becouse deliveroo drivers represent the customer ho's has already payed for the food however is it deliveroo is a costumer too. So if the driver arrive at the restaurant and the staffs trait the deliveroo driver like discriminate them just Becouse they are deliveroo drivers. Its complete disrespect full and discriminate deliveroo drivers. Making the drivers wait more than 7 to 10 minutes wich is tolerate in any restaurant wait time for a delivery or take away food in London.

So my experience in this situation is the worst from nandos jubilee place. Staffs talking rude with deliveroo drivers descriminet them taste them like they are not welcome there and also like they are no a costumer. Again I say YES they are a costumer also deliveroo drivers are represent a costumer wich already Payed for they delivery.

If the Nandos management can't put more staffs to work at list they should traine properly they staffs to starts trait people in especially Deliveroo drivers with more respect unsteady to discriminate them when they come to colect they order.

I hope Nando's jubilee place canary warth review my comments and try to change the way the Nando's have been trait the Deliveroo drivers in that venue in especially TIME WAIT and also RESPEC Maners nandos staffs been talking or trait the...
