I am a regular customer at Katti Roll. I had one of the most disappointing and traumatizing experience from this place. I am a pure vegetarian and do not consume any meat. Consuming any kind of meat is against my moral and religious principles. On the 31st of December 2021 I had placed an order for Achari Paneer roll, Chana masala roll And Mango lassi from Katti Roll. I was served chicken roll instead of Chana masala roll. I was completely sick throughout the evening. Threw up multiple times, felt sick to my stomach, cancelled all my new year Eve plans as well. I was at work so I couldn’t go in to inform them or place a complaint immediately. After work the place was closed so I had to take this up the next day. I went over to the store to have a normal conversation with the staff/manager. Wanted to suggest them that they should have some demarcation on the roll to differentiate between veg and non veg options. Instead of having a conversation the manager at Katti roll named ‘DILIP’ decided to have an argument. ‘DILIP’ was extremely rude and arrogant. Refused to accept this negligence done by this staff and told me that you can sue the company and whatever you want to do and you can’t do anything and we are not here to write thousands of pounds worth of check where i d didn’t even asked once for money all i was there for an formal apology from manager/staff for there negligence. Where in he said it’s not his responsibility and fault. He even accused me of making a false accusation. I had showed his a photo of the roll and bill. Even mentioned the order number which was 73. He completely disregarded my physical and mental health after consuming the roll. He even questioned me, stating that how I was unable to differentiate between Chana masala and chicken when I have never consumed chicken in my entire life. Plus I was busy at work and just took a bite without doubting that I’d be served something else. Continuing he gave his personal example of where when he ordered cheese burger from McDonalds he was served beef burger. When cheese burger is beef burger. I know Human error is normal and understandable. However this manager’s attitude was completely insensitive and disrespectful. He wasn’t even apologetic. He wasn’t accepting to the fact that this pure negligence from his staff. He then told us to go ahead and sue the place if we wanted and told us to leave. We politely asked for him name and he got even more defensive and called the police on us over the phone. Did not let us explain the situation and was completely misleading the police by not stating the fact or explains the entire situation in a none biased manner.
The manager offered to give me free food but that wasn’t the point. The fact that he completely ignored the issue and wasn’t even apologetic about the whole situation. This entire incident has had me shook because even now I feel nauseated and sick. I would not recommend this place because of how this situation was handled. There was absolutely zero...
Read moreI ordered via just eat this week. I was very disappointed they should try the rolls from Biryani Guys and learn from them. I even put it in notes to make it spicy and put lots of salad and onions. I couldn't believe it when the rolls arrived this Kati roll company is so stingy they made it really small portion, no salad, 1 piece of green pepper just about came out of the paneer roll wrap. So tasteless. I even put it in notes not to rush and take your time as long as it tastes good. They did not deliver. Every single restaurant in marylebone and central london deliver and I'm never in a hurry to get my food I just want the best full flavoured fresh quality food. I never rush anyone. These people put in few shavings of very small pitiful red onions. It was totally disappointing.
The wraps from local pakistani biryani guys are so tasty and so worth it. They are not stingy with their ingredients. I will not be ordering from kati roll again. It must be owners or managers fault they giving poor lack of ingredients and sizing for staff to deal with. Very stingy tight owners or kitchen manager whoever is responsible. The aloo roll was tasteless and mashed. Compare this with biryani guys aloo tiki roll they cut up nicely in chunks and they put significant amount of sauce and salad in the wrap.
Even the whole of Edgware Road in their spicy potato wraps and halloumi or chicken wraps also known as shawarma are very generous and very big. These people charged me £5.88 achari paneer wrap and £4.50 for aloo masala roll plus delivery charge of £2.99 What a waste. I can't wait to go visit the more traditional places from lahore karahi or Wembley maybe for very full proper wraps chunky and full of salad and ingredients. This Kati roll company also dont do anything else they don't have much choices. They won't last with their stingy tight lack of ingredients small portion sizes whereas every other restaurant in the area is busy and doing better as they put a lot of flavour in their food. I couldn't fathom how tasteless kati roll was even after telling them to take their time and just make it nice and spicy. No they couldn't even...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of visiting this Bollywood-themed outlet serving a delightful variety of rolls and wraps. Nestled in a bustling neighborhood, it is the perfect spot for a quick meal during a busy day. Although it may not offer a traditional dine-in experience, the authentic ambiance and scrumptious food make it a worthwhile visit.
Upon entering the outlet, I was instantly transported into the vibrant world of Bollywood. The colorful decor, adorned with posters of iconic movies and famous actors, created an energetic atmosphere that added to the overall charm of the place. The staff, dressed in Bollywood-inspired attire, were friendly and eager to assist, enhancing the experience further.
Now, let's talk about the star of the show—the food! The menu boasted a wide selection of rolls and wraps, each with its own unique blend of flavors. thefl illngs were generously spiced and perfectly cooked, resulting in a burst of deliciousness with every bite. Additionally, the rolls were accompanied by an array of delectable chutneys and sauces, enhancing the taste even more.
While the food was undoubtedly tasty, it's worth mentioning that the portions were on the smaller side. This makes it ideal for a quick bite on the go, but those seeking a substantial meal might find it slightly lacking. Nonetheless, the flavors and quality of the food made up for the smaller quantity.
The affordability of the menu items was another standout feature. The prices were reasonable, making it an excellent option for those looking to grab a quick and tasty meal without...
