I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Food

The issue that I have experienced was: I went to Victoria Station to buy a tuna baguette. I am a muslim. I was told by a staff member that the tuna baguette is not halal even though as a muslim we consider all sea food/ fish as halal. Please can you confirm this or otherwise.

It occurred on: 10/03/2022

This meant that I went away not buying the baguette

Please be careful of what you buy from this store. At first I ordered chicken pesto and coke zero. I asked to be warmed and he said not available. So I decided to buy only Coke Zero, he is to charge me £6.82. I am about to tap but I asked him 6 pounds for soda? And that’s the time he told me to cancel the machine. Without question the worst baguette I have ever "tried" to eat. Travelling home this evening on disrupted service so decided to grab a bite. I think it ways days old - as if it had been toasted. I can see all the 5 star reviews here, but I recommend that you ask if the baguette is fresh and then try it before you leave the kiosk.Took one bite and threw it away. What I cannot understand is that the staff must have known that was the case ............
