I have been going to Tempo for many years now, and it’s a staple for any time I go into town! Though I always tend to go for similar drinks, the range of different types of bubble tea available here are wonderful, and I’ve even attended an event here where they gave us new bubble tea flavours and inventions to try as a first taste before they launched to the public! On top of this, I’m always excited to see tempo at different events like dee-con and the like, because I love seeing a local business get to go to events and promote their product to more people to spread the word around!

The tempo staff are always so welcoming and lovely, and it always brightens my day to go in store and have a chat and a gander around at what they have from merchandise, to snacks, and little nick knacks that I love! I can’t wait to get back into tempo once covid is a long forgotten nightmare so I can hopefully try new drinks instead of my go-to (vanilla berry twist milk tea with strawberry boba)!

Id highly recommend tempo, and have even brought my friends here when they’ve come over from America to introduce them to the joy of bubble tea, and I can’t wait for that to continue - see you all...

I've been going to Tempo tea bar pretty much since they opened, they were my first experience having bubble tea and honestly I think they are the best bubble tea out there! They make such a welcoming and friendly environment in their store and its a great place to take your friends and catch up. Even now that I don't live near Glasgow, whenever I'm down I try to pop in and grab a bubble tea to sate my cravings! They also go to comic cons and they're a very popular stall!

Its so sad people in other countries (!) can't take a joke and are trying to review bomb a genuinely deserving and hardworking business who struggled but survived the pandemic and are now settled into their new store.

I went to the store last week when I was down in Glasgow catching up with a friend and we both had LOTS of boba/tapioca pearls! I got a strawberry fruit tea with cherry popping boba and it was amazing! I usually get mango boba but the cherry was so tasty, definitely recommend.

This is one of the only businesses I'm truly loyal to online and in person, so had to share my experience after seeing their latest video about the...

Quite possibly The best bubble tea in Scotland - I've tried a couple of other places but nowhere else quite matches up once you've tried Tempo!! The shops are wonderfully welcoming with Glasgow being the cosier of the two I think. With support for local artists and a constant push to make their tea as sustainable as possible Tempo are genuinely lovely shops to be in and that's before you consider the brilliant customer service. Everyone is always incredibly friendly and as welcoming as their store. The menu is always getting new interesting teas so even if you go constantly theres always something new to try which I adore,, and it's always going to be amazing!! Wonderfully close to both Queen St and Central stations so for someone like me who travels primarily by rail it's incredibly convenient which probably isnt good for my bubble tea addiction when we aren't in lockdown. Managed to visit during lockdown once - as friendly a welcome as ever,, I was looking for one of their sets for making bubble tea as a present for my sister and advise on them was brilliant - and my sister really enjoyed...

This place is one of my regular visits every time I’m in Glasgow. There is a large variety of options and I love trying different combinations. It is my favorite bubbletea place in Glasgow. The glittery galaxy bubbletea is my favorite by far! The staff are always really lovely :) Edit: Since the lockdowns started, I have not been able to go into Glasgow and get my regular Tempo fix. That is when I started fully utilizing their Home Bubbletea Kits! You can order a box to be delivered right to you and it has all the essentials and the instructions to make your own bubbletea at home. They have a variety of flavours and they regularly come out with new ones, both in the milk tea and the fruit tea variety. They also care about sustainability and wellbeing and have healthier alternatives and even vegan options. It is a small business and I really like how engaged they are with their customers and of course it is always nice to support a small local business. 💜

Unassuming unless you know where it is but I searched this out before my train home & it was worth it. Firstly the service from the lady. I explained I had bad vision issues & couldn’t read the menu. She asked if I wanted a normal plain milk, sweet, cup or can etc. Thank you for your patience. A Matcha Blossom warm milk tea suited the cold day. Wanted to take home some drinks for my partner & chose a Rainboba, Valentines special & a milk one with Konjac that was advertised on a poster. She loaded me up with straws & I even won on a Lai Shi! All drinks were generously loaded up with boba, not overly sweet, tasted unique & even after a 2hr shaking on the way home, they somewhat separated again. Straws are suitably wide to fit jellies/boba. And just look how freaking cute the glitter & stars are! Love the option of a can & their online shop has adorable supplies and kits. Mh goi :)

Amazing place being going since 2017 when ever i take a trip to Glasgow (& Edinburgh) its normally the first place i go to in Glasgow and order my regular! (Milk Tea, Taro with blueberry boba <3) There CBD drink i had was amazing too! You can't miss the shop in Glasgow as its right next to the cone head staute in front of the museum. Also its bright pink building so its no trouble finding it! The drinks are incredible and anyone can go there including vegans for their drinks fill! The staff are always nice when i come in to order. Hoping to go back to Glasgow in 2021 for the first time, and guarantee thats the first place i am going!
