3/10/2022: Order for our office today had a surprise 5% to-go packaging fee in it. What is that about?? We paid $12.00+ for to-go boxes on top of the $25+ tip. Guess we will have to spend our money where we don't get charged for ordering lunch for our office. We order take out everyday, this is a first! NOT GOOD :(
Update 1/3/2022: Ordered lunch today. We had a special request that was not available to do for the online ordering. I called to make the order over the phone and the gentlemen who took my order was SO NICE! He was so accommodating for this special diet request. I just appreciate how nice he was about it. He literally said "tell me what you want and I can make it happen". I didn't have a big request, and was willing to pay extra, but just the customer service was 5 stars. Have not stopped going here and will continue to come here for good, fresh food & great service!
One year ago: We order lunch for our office quite often an it never disappoints. I always order the Greek salad with extra veggies and it is so worth the money. They don't skimp on the toppings and their homemade Greek vinaigrette is just perfect. I highly recommend trying this place if you haven't. Delicious jalapeno ranch, fresh salads, quality chicken, and a tasty Vegan black bean burger that you can order on a bun or on a salad....

I am doordasher. I went to put up the order, lady held the bag and refused to give it to me.
All I'm trying to do, is confirm it.
When you hold the bag and refuse to give it to us, and just tell us to confirm it again and again, we CAN'T check to make sure its right.
When you zoom in because your refusing to hand over the bag it makes photos more blurry especially if you dont have a good enough camera on your phone.
When your holding the the bag, it can cause shaking which causes our photos to be blurry.
To play tug-of-war with a bag is ridiculous, I told you I'm confirming I just need to get a picture.
Then she picked up some sign and slammed it now and said its policy. I have been doing doordash for years and never have I ran into someone more rude and inconsiderate of someone.
We have a job to do too. Let us look make sure its the right person, get a proper photo, and dont be rude when someone says yes I'm taking the photo now. You can ask to see them confirm before they leave like everyone else. Dont be unreasonable.
You have our names in the system and obviously if a person refuses to show you confirmation, or if the order goes missing just call doordash, the dasher...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreExtremely disappointed!!! We waited 20+ minutes for our to go order and my crispy chicken sandwich was so thin and dry, and served on a stale bun. The bun was (not exaggerating) rock hard that I couldn't bite into it!!! I had to tear it with my teeth, again, not exaggerating! Who serves food like this?
The cheese on the cardiac fries was also hard that it just wasn't fun to eat at all. Just gross. I don't want to eat hard, dried up, cold cheese.
We also asked for ranch on the side for our fries and rings but they forgot that along with forgetting to throw out expired buns.
Never going again. What a complete waste of money ($13+ for the chicken sandwich).
I took a picture of the chicken next to the handle end of my fork so everyone can see that the fork handle is thicker than the slice of dried jerky chicken. I'm also adding a picture of the $6 juicy, meaty and tasty chicken sandwich I ordered from Chick-fil-A after this disappointing meal.
