Carrie and her Manager where rude condescending and bias. She was nasty from the moment she came to the table and slammed napkins in front of me and my friend and blurted out at us,"what are you drinking ". Then she was not helpful in help my friend chose a virgin drink. It was she didn't know what a mocktail was. We said it a drink without alcohol! She finally gave my friend a options she could order with out alcohol and abruptly stormed awake to the next table. Where we watched her attitude and behavior change she interacted greet and offered suggestions and app with a smile. This is why I don't eat out! Because I never need to pay a business to be blatantly nasty and rude. I left out. We was sat immediately but waited 20min to deal with all her attitude and drama. I told my friend I didn't want to stay for this disgusting treatment and service. So we got up and left and asked to speak with manager before leaving. He walks up to me and I ask are you the manager? He verified he was . I asked where did you all find Carrie? Stating by the way I alone know her name because I was close enough to see her name tag. He says huh! What do you mean? I stated I have never come in here and been treated rude and nasty by anyone of your waite staff before. Carrier was rude nasty abrupt and condescending from the moment she walk up to our table and slammed napkins in front of us. The manager proceeded to act as if he didn't understand what I was saying or couldn't hear me! I thought to myself your part of the problem too! I stated to him you need to do something about her behavior and that we ordered drinks you can dump them because we are leaving. I will...
Read moreProbably the worst experience I have every had at a restaurant. We originally started as a party of seven, and we had a thirty minute wait time, which we were completely fine with. Thirty minutes passed, and we had asked how much longer we had to wait. They had told us they were getting a table ready for us. Another twenty minutes passes and two parties of six were seated before us even though we were the first on the waitlist according to yelp. When we asked again, the host had told us that they had a table ready for us, but the manager didn't want to slam the kitchen with food orders. They then proceeded to sit multiple parties of four people after the two parties of six. I understand you sit people when you have the available tables, but we apparently had a table. It got to the point that two people in the party had to leave because one has a severe blood sugar problem. Once the remaining five of us were sat, if felt more like our group was being avoided by everyone. Our orders food and drink orders also arrived incorrect for three out of five people. We understand that our waitress was busy, but that on top of the seating situation just made everything worse. Never been so disappointed with an Applebee's visit like this before. Probably not going to return to this...
Read moreSo I went to have dinner with my family. There were seven of us which we were told it would be a 30 minute wait, which is fine. We had a large group we waited over 30 minutes and then they left in multiple big groups that showed up after us That had between six and eight people. Which was a little aggravating, considering that there was a baby in our group. When we went and questioned the desk after an hour of waiting, they said that our table had been ready For a while, and the young girl quoted her manager saying “ We just didn’t wanna slam our kitchen yet” Which made no sense because they left in multiple groups Between 2 to 6 people in each group on top of the other big groups That showed up after us. We even explained to the girl at the desk we have two people in our group with blood sugar issues, one having low blood sugar, and the other being diabetic. Needless to say we WONT ever come back and will NEVER recommend to others. My fiancé and I had to leave due to my sugar dropping so we didn’t get to eat here. My family said multiple items they ordered were not correct on top of everything else.
I wish I didn’t have to leave a...
