Abouslty a waist of my $60.00 for 2 xL burritos cold not hot food rice was too old and meat was rubbery and the tortillas was so cold and old it crumbled when picking it up.the 4 orders of nachos was Abouslty shameful Is stale chips old saugi lettuce Hardly any cheese and the ground beef tastes disgusting and old it's still had large when separating the food I examined everything it was a shame because I wanted to try something different and this was at a convenience store in Valero the place needs to be examined the health and there is has to be horrendous while standing there watching them make the food there was plenty of dirty stuff and utensils they were using it's absolutely filthy and disgusting once I paid for my food I didn't know how to tell the lady she did not speak english that everything in there is a health hazard all The food is not properly stored and you can't serve old meat mixed with cheese and still see the larden it was $60 loss as soon as I open it and try to take a buy of any of the food and gave it to my kids we tossed it out I am so mad the health department needs to be called and I think I...

I have to agree the food is great. But my standards of food preparation are high just as customer service is important. I go in and the guy taking orders is on his phone and so is the woman cooking. They’re both showing each other something that’s obviously important bc I stood there in front of them while they giggled at each others phones and ignored taking my order. But I figured that’s just how some people are And I was hungry So I order my food after waiting for them to finish what they’re looking at I watch as the cook doesn’t wash her hands and slips on a used plastic glove Just one. She then wipes her face a couple times with her other hand and goes to work. Using the gloves hand on the spoon she fills my tortillas with The tortillas were put on my foil wraps with the ungloved face wiping unwashed hand that’s been holding and swiping her nasty phone. Bc let’s face it. Our phones are nasty. So I went somewhere else for breakfast today. At least at sonic I don’t have to watch them not wash they’re hands before touching my food. I posted a review yesterday and it didn’t get published. Will keep posting so everyone knows my experience. I ordered Chino’s Tacos (5 orders) for pick up. When I got there to pick up the order took additional time when I had already called ahead. That’s not my feedback. They packed everything included some VERY hot taco sauce in a styrofoam cup and put that on plastic bags. As I was driving home, the sauce started spilling all over my car. I called to express my concern and the lady that took my call told me that was the only type of container for the sauce. Call ended. I was not satisfied so I called back to see what she could’ve done. I said I wasn’t happy with her first response. I was only looking for empathy and got none. Instead the same lady got defensive and made several excuses. I asked for an apology, at least, her reply was, “why? I didn’t do anything wrong”.
