I ordered a banana royals. It was awful! The ice cream was too soft, so it started off melted. The scoops were so small it’s as if they used a teaspoon. The caramel topping was missing. There were more bananas than anything.

You can see it bears no resemblance to the picture. That’s mine after I stirred it searching for caramel that was supposed to be on the top. That’s the second one that was made because they put the wrong flavors in the first one. I guess they felt like the remake didn’t need caramel. I called back and she swore she put it in there. Why can’t I see it, or taste it? My ice cream has caramel in it , so there should be caramel everywhere; but there was only a smidge. There’s hardly any ice cream either. The WORST ice cream shop I’ve been to. Had our ice cream mixed up and I’m allergic to almonds and was told I didn’t say it right when there’s a language barrier between me and the woman who was taking orders. Proceeded to try to hand us gloves telling us to switch it around, after saying I’m allergic to them. Then said it was still our fault, locked the window , unlocked it, and said just come in to get it fixed because “I’m not doing this”. I got the original Butter Pecan Ice cream, in a sugar cone the ice cream had an old taste and the pecans were soft and chewy, it was probably expired ice cream. My husband got a sugar cone with chocolate ice cream, his paper on the cone wouldn’t release from the actual cone so he had to throw his away. I been coming here for the past 10 years, something is very different but I won’t be back.
