I'm only giving this restaurant two stars for the food because of the quality I received after paying $18 for tenders w/ onion rings I received four tenders and four onion rings. The tenders were as thin as a piece of paper and unseasoned. It was already late and I'm aware that every JR Cricket is franchised so the prices are different, I didn't mind paying the $18 but what I received was not worth that.

The atmosphere was great the music playlist was 70s and I love Evelyn Champagne and that music genre, The service was good, I was the only one in the store they greeted me by name when giving me my food very good customer service.

I think that if anything this restaurant can improve on is the quality and consistency of the size of their food. If it wasn't so late I would of ask for a refund but I didn't have too many options.

Was there, 2/23 at about 12 midnight, I was truly excited cause everybody said this was the spot.... THE SPOT FOR WHAT????? Cause ain't no way my chicken should be smaller than the top on the cup of ranch!!!! Ain't no way my chicken should've been fried until it was just skin and bone!!!! Ain't no way my fries should've looked like they came straight from the heat lamp YESTERDAY!!!!! The shrimp and fries was way too salty. For a funnel cake I KNOW YOU FRIED IN CHICKEN GREASE, Over all expenses was terrible!!! The best thing about them was the customer service... Those ladies were really nice! I got home and people said I shouldn't went to the other location I'll try that but never again here...20.00 worth of yuk

Beware: please be advised that this franchise location is being operated under poor management. Manager/employees training reassessment is highly advised. Customer service is very unsatisfactory. Also, use caution "all sales are final" and pay attention to the "overly" added extra fees. Manager is drastically taking advantage of market inflation. Customers are posting great reviews for "North Avenue" location on this review posting for "16 Park Place" downtown location. This is not the J.R. Cricket house location.

Got a big box of wings & fries on our walk back from the Masquerade to eat in our room at the Candler. It wasn't a bad experience. We got the signature flavor of Atlanta, lemon pepper wet. The wings were a bit anemic. The sauce was a bit too salty. That said none of it was by any means bad and the price wasn't too unreasonable, especially for downtown Atlanta. The place was packed, and while we certainly waited for a hot minute, it wasn't too ridiculous. The food was fresh, still plenty hot by the time we got back to the room. I wouldn't rule out stopping here again.

The rest of my family equally enjoyed their wings/tenders but they didnā€™t think to take pictures. FYI: we ordered from the little computer because there were five of us and we couldnā€™t decide but it is a little finicky.

Lots of different flavors of wings, they are small wings so you know it's real food. Juicy flavors, nice service, good location. Would recommend it to everyone that's looking for some good wings to eat in the city. My favor is the lemon pepper.
