Parking is pretty easy didn't have to talk with any attendant. The process is to drive in, park, scan a qr code on one of the walls and enter your license plate. The charges add up the longer you're there and will finish once they track your plate leaving. I heard someone had problems when paying online so I recommend just paying once you get there as the process is really simple. For a concert at 7pm on Tuesday night I had no problem finding a spot on the second floor. Stayed 4 hours 30 mintues and was charged $21.50. There was a base charge of $6.50 when starting. For directions to the Masquerade there is a walkway on the third floor. On the prepaid side entrance, the machine is on right side is broken as of June 29th. When I pressed the button for assistance and explained the situation, they hung up on me. It was clear to me that the lady on the line thought I was another stupid customer when I'm actually experiencing technical difficulties since their device wasn't giving out a ticket receipt and wasn't reading cards well which was another concern. I understand if you don't get paid enough, but you should care when your machine is experiencing a lot of glitches and not working like it's supposed to. But when we walked from the elevator, my companion stepped into a huge dent on the floor that was at least 2 ft in diameter and about 8 inches deep. She had twisted her ankle, fell on the ground and bruised her body in multiple places. The hole on the floor looked like it's been there for awhile, so many other people probably stepped into it as well. Shame to charge for parking in a location this dangerous...
