I ordered grilled salmon sandwich, corn chowder, spinach salad with shrimp, and sweet mash potato after working hours a work, drove 40 minutes through traffic. I called to place the order and the cashier put me on hold. When I was at the counter the same cashier said "oops I had that person on the phone for a long time." I replied that was me. I wasn't going to give a review but the food provided was insulting to the caliber of restaurants in Midtown. My bread was not fresh to go, but hard and cold, my grilled salmon sandwich was not fresh to go, my blacken shrimp and entire meal was cold and not FRESH as the name. I was disappointed after a hard days work I spent $29.00 on a meal not worth eating. I expected more. I got home and started to eat and was still hungry, but too tired to drive back to Fresh to go, so I called and told the cashier. But due to the nonchalant response I decided to leave a review. - signed still hungry with a sad face. The NOW HIRING sign did stand out when I arrived. Its a reflection of hiring people who dont care about customer service. Whoever is the owner needs to be on duty in the evenings. This is not my 1st experience like this but about 4th time. Why I went back because I try to anything, a chance. Sometimes there maybe bad days or something missing, so I live by giving people or businesses a chance. This one failed again. I guess its a wrap for...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Fresh To Order, and I must say that their commitment to customer satisfaction truly left a lasting impression on me. I had inquired about the availability of peaches in the salad with seasonal fruits, as I had been craving their juicy sweetness. Although I was initially informed that peaches were not part of the dish, the restaurant staff went above and beyond to exceed my expectations.
When the salad was presented at the table, I couldn't help but notice the vibrant slices of peach elegantly arranged amidst the array of other fresh fruits. What amazed me even more was that this delightful addition was made without any extra charge or prior notice. It was as if they had read my mind and anticipated my desire for peaches, elevating my dining experience to a whole new level.
The attention to detail and the willingness of the staff to go the extra mile truly set Fresh To Order apart. The flavors of the salad were a symphony of tastes, with the succulent peaches perfectly complementing the other seasonal fruits. This unexpected gesture not only demonstrated the staff's dedication to ensuring each guest's satisfaction but also showcased their creativity and flexibility in accommodating individual preferences.
Kudos to the entire team at for going...
Read moreDrive the few extra miles/minutes and go to a different location. This place used to be my go-to for fresh salads and entrees, but today they served me cold, hard, and possibly rotten or old chicken! I door dashed an order for lunch at my office. I ordered a salad along with their almond-crusted chicken entree. The chicken was shockingly very hard and had a visible greenish tint on a couple of them, which I tried my best to capture in the attached photo. I wouldn't be surprised if the greenish color is actually in fact mold, given how rock hard it was! I called the store and asked to speak with the manager and was told that she would not be available until 3 p.m. If you're visiting this place, be cognizant and aware of what the hell they're serving you. I would not recommend ordering delivery from here or picking up your food without first examining it, because these people cannot be trusted! This Fresh 2 Order location needs to do better and try to live up to the name of their establishment! NOTHING was fresh about my food! It is TOTALLY unfair to take someone's hard earned money only to give them food you know YOU...
