This place is Hood, I'm surprised that it's located here, it says it's a Ney York Deli but it's not with the food they sell, there is no New York Deli that sells sandwiches this small with that amount of meat. I purchased a sandwich and it had a lot of bread and a little bit of meat, I asked for cheese and didn't get it, neither did it have salami as the menu said, I called the store and spoke to the manager and he said he will give me another sandwich of my choice, so I called the next day, that manager was not in even though I told him I was coming, so I got a guy on the phone he said he was the manager until I told him about the conversation I had with the other manager, he put me on hold then I got a woman on the phone and she said she was a manager, she agreed to make another, so I changed the sandwich, with the new order they gave me old dried up burnt fries, I will never shop here again and I won't recommend any here, they are very unprofessional, pictures are attached.

I'm always on the lookout for a good bagel and lox! Sometimes it's hard to find a very good example, but not today! I got the Bagel D-Lox ($7.99) and I can't believe how much lox they put on there! Easily have been charged double for less. The cream cheese was also classic. Add fresh red onions and it was perfecto! The bagel was probably the weak point, I like mine to have a slightly chewier texture, but it was just fine as the vehicle for all that lox and shmear! My girlfriend got the honey ham Hal, it had ham, lettuce, tomatoes, muenster cheese, and a very tasty honey mustard. That challah was so fresh, slightly sweet, with TONS of ham and fresh veggies. She really enjoyed it! She also got pasta salad which was very good and had olives in it. I got some breakfast potatoes and they were tasty as well!

You’ve got to love a place that does breakfast all day. I sure do. I ordered the grilled shrimp po-boy to go. The bread was so soft and fluffy—chewy and delicious. The shrimp was juicy and seasoned well. Classic style po boy with no frilly stuff—just flavor and yummy vibes. Creole aioli was good and not too heavy handed. Fries were seasoned well also (though I would have liked them more a bit more crispy—the curse of take-out food is soft fries). Service was speedy! Fair prices for sure. I appreciate the piece of paper layered beneath my food to protect it from the styrofoam take-out container. I hope they offer better take out containers in the future not made of styrofoam—an environmentally friendly take-out box would be amazing. I will visit when I’m back in town.

Had brunch here on a Sunday morning with some extended family and it was a nice experience. Was semi-crowded but there's plenty of seating inside and out (looks like they do a solid take-out and delivery business as well). Lots of options on the menu - a couple of us had omelettes, others had sandwiches. The Western Omelette was delicious, just the right amount of cheese and the vegetables inside were nicely roasted. The Veggie Hoagie and Turkey Rachel looked great also and our family enjoyed both. Service definitely varied. The gentleman taking orders at the register had an earbud in and didn't seem particularly engaged - it reflected in the fact that he missed one of our side orders. The man and woman bringing food to and busing the tables were great though--attentive and checked on us multiple times during our visit. The prices were decent--great for Buckhead but not a ton of food for the price (especially on the breakfast front). Overall, nice place to catch up with family and have a quality, relaxed meal. I'd...

Food was AMAZING!! Customer service from young girl at register was HORRIBLE!! Would have given five stars, but she did not deliver. I am picky on customer service. Did not even want to eat inside of the establishment after having her take my order.(Came on Monday, July 25th , 2016 around 1:30 p.m.) No smile, did not tell me what to do as far as drinks and whether or not I should just sit down or what. After asking me to sign the receipt, no other words were exchanged whatsoever. This was my first time here so I had no clue how it worked. After sitting down, I was made to feel better when my food was brought out because the Guy was phenomenal. He was happy to be at work and very pleasant!! Please make sure that young lady at the register has a smile on her face, and is communicating with guests on where to pick up their drinks, whether or not they are just supposed to go sit wherever they like, saying thank you, etc. Your food...
