I purchased items on 11/27/23 delivered to my address on 12/1 without complete parts for assembly. I immediately called the location that I purchased from only to be informed that bar stools are from a third party vendor and that they will contact me. I finally received four days later an email regarding the missing parts on 12/6 asking for the name and/or letter of the parts that were missing in the delivery. I replied the same day the part letter is 'H". I then have made several attempts to gain status of missing items/parts being shipped and when I will receive six more days later I receive an email that missing parts have shipped. On yesterday 12/13 I arrived home to have a vendor package at my doorstep and there was no letter "H" ONLY tools for assembly. I immediately sent another email informing yet again I do not have the missing parts to bar. stools that I have paid for, I also called the same day on 12/13 and spoke to the manager Jennifer at the Buckhead Ga. location assuring me she would make a call first thing in the morning and call me with the department on said call. Today 12/14 I received no call from Jennifer in the AM, So I called the Buckhead location @11:30 Jennifer appeared to answer the phone however I immediately got disconnected when I spoke and asked for "the manager Jennifer in which she replied "speaking" I called directly back to get a gentleman John that I had to explain my entire ordeal over again. I have requested three times for a refund at this juncture as Im completely and utterly disgusted with these services as it pertains to my purchase that I have paid for but are unable to utilize. There appears to be no sense of urgency for a resolution as I was shipped now twice with no parts for the purchased bar stools. I want a full refund immediately and for the bar stools to be removed from my address as they are not useful when I do not have the parts to complete the assembly. Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy husband & I had been looking for a specific lamp for months with Rooms to Go, We held out buying them when we first saw them and when we finally decided to shop for them we were told that they were discontinued by R2G. We were disappointed thinking that we had waited to late and had missed our opportunity but a manager at manager at the R2G in Perimeter (I think) called the buckhead location & checked to see if they were in stock there. It must have been our lucky day because they were! The manager spoke with Oakley who said they had them in stock and was told we were on the way.
We quickly rushed over to R2G in buckhead and was greeted by a sales associate who called Oakley over for us. Our exchange with Oakley was beyond pleasant! Oakley was very warm and conversational with us. He told us about using warm light bulbs in the lamp which gives you a home-y ambiance and he was totally right! We ended up buy another set of lamps which were 4 in total and Oakley was very patient while we looked around & yay or nayed lamps. Haha, at one point when after we decided to choose a lamp that I had nayed (& finally decied to get) my husband asked to add it onto the order in which Oakley jokingly stated that it had to be okay with the 'Mrs' first. We both found that hilarious & enjoyed the ease we felt when conversating with Oakley.
Also we had a discrepancy with billing due to a glitch with the computer which we did not realize until after we had left. Well we called back to the store and thought we were going to have to drive back (which we live a good hour from buckhead) but Oakley being the amazing person he is figured out a way to fix the transaction and got the money returned back to our card without us having to drive back. We were again very pleased with Oakley & him going above and beyond to make us happy customers.
