Visited on National Margarita Day with my husband and was both surprised and happy that there was seating available. We got there a little after 9pm and we seated right away with menus. While they didn't have margarita day specials they did have a Dip & Sip special for Wednesdays and Thursdays. It's $39.99 for a regular or plus margarita pitcher and either queso or guac. Our server greeted us and we ordered the plus pitcher with guac and continued to look over the menu. We were brought waters and the guac came quickly after. The chips were housemade and had the right amount of crunch and salt. Guac needed a little extra salt and pepper, but overall really good. The plus margarita was perfection. I ordered the Veggie Burrito Ahogado while he ordered 2 Birria Tacos and 1 Carne Asada taco with rice and black beans. We continued talking and eating the chips and guac. Food came and we were ready to eat. Presentation was good and so was the food. My burrito was flavorful and filling. He enjoyed his tacos and thought the rice and beans were ok. Overall it was a great time. Nice ambiance and staff. The only misstep was there is no indication, nor was there a mention, that the plus margarita is $4 more. I didn't even notice until a day later that they charged me $43.99 rather than $39.99 because if I had I would have addressed it.

This local spot had me saying WOW! each bite lol. Me and my wife and my little man Ocean stop by to grab some margaritas and some chips and salsa. The margaritas were strong very Delicious and refreshing. So we decided to get Fajitas, we got the steak with the $3.00 extra. I was Super surprised so as my wife when the food came out everything was organized they took the time to separate out sides even our tortillas came separate I love it!. We both we satisfied and full lol. The fajitas were so delicious and tender with zucchini, green bell peppers, red bell peppers and onions. On the side had fresh Pico de Gallo, Guacamole and sour cream. If your in town and want some good authentic Mexican food this a great spot to check out. This location is very live with locals and the Atlanta beltline is nice day or night to enjoy the city. I will be back soon to try their menu. Thank you for the amazing experience and super great customer service!.

Highly Underimpressed. We had actually planned to go to Fritti for a birthday celebration when one of our friends who lives OTP said she heard that Pure Taqueria was amazing.... so there we went expecting an amazing, unbelievable meal.... so not what we had. I am certainly not saying it was terrible but it was certainly not amazing or even somewhere I would revisit. The first thing was the service. While there was not a wait, we had not had a single minute to look at our menu before our waiter eagerly pushed drinks and appetizers on us. None of us drink and he made some snide comment about it being Sunday and placed his hands in a prayer position... really?? First of all, that is just rude if we happened to be religious, which we are not (and the Sabbath is really on Saturday anyways:), but it was that feeling that we were not good customers because we did not drink.... While I understand that restaurants make the majority of their profits on alcohol and that waiters make potentially less if a table does not drink, to be treated almost like a second-class citizen is not a pleasant dining experience. So I ordered the fish tacos. While I can only assume that it clearly states that these are soft tacos, I did not see this and only assumed they were hard tacos (which I like much better). I wonder now if we may have had an option that was not offered to us? We only got to choose flour of corn. My taco 'shells' did not taste fresh at all. I actually did not eat them and used the chips instead to create mini tacos. The chips were OK nothing great. I did like the flavor of the salsa that came with the chips although it was quite thin to use with chips. As for the fish tacos, probably too greasy and too much salt, flavor only fair. None of the other members of our party were impressed with their meals either. I will give our server credit for overhearing that I do not eat pork and thus not bringing rice with my meal, which he informed me has pork in it. What about my friend who is a vegetarian? Do they tell every table that the rice has pork in it? I can only wonder if I had not made that comment if he would have told us. The final straw for me was that our water glasses were all empty for at least 20 minutes + and no one noticed or ever filled them before we finally left. Will not go...

I am a regular here at Pure! I come at least twice a week. Today; Sunday January 7th, I came in to watch the football game and have a few tacos! Upon entering I was greeted by the host with an eye roll and never asked how many I was with. I was seated and sat for 30 mins while the server who was suppose to greet me kept looking back at my table laughing with a colleague as she continued to vape which reeked of marijuana as well! I had to get up to ask the host if someone was going to serve me today; at which point the host took my order and continued on about her day. The manager then came over and attempted to address the situation; her resolve was she comp’d my coke and my dates sweet tea lol! This place is a joke and has been going down hill for quite some time! Here’s a suggestion… hire some staff that actually cares about providing good customer service - rather than just blowing vape smoke in customers faces!!

Update: after this review initially posted; the manager then came back to my table to advise that our meals were comp’d however after being accused of lying on this review.. all makes amazing sense right? I was accused of lying about the time I waited.. which I was 4 mins off. I waited 26 mins instead of 30.. my apologies for rounding up. What type of manager that’s trying to address a mishap comes back to the table to make more of a scene!? After I was accused of lying - no other employee came back to the table to serve me in any way shape or form. Rather than continuing to try and make this a good experience for me considering the poor initial impression; it was made sure of by the manager that my experience got worse by having no service given to me for the duration of the time I was dining! Not for nothing; It is clear that the employees and management of this place have a little bit more than a customer service issue.. more like borderline discrimination problem. Great way to start off 2024 Pure Establishment and I definitely did not expect to walk into this level of employee chaos considering this used to be one of my favorite go...

The food was excellent but the service could have been way better. Never ever have I been asked/ told upon tipping, "This is is... for $120?!". Umm excuse me sir... yes it is! Especially when not deserving of it. I literally watched the difference in interactions with our table versus other tables. Our server was beyond attentive and held numerous conversations with other tables. But barely held one conversation with us, played hard of hearing let alone remembered we existed or our drinks ordered.

It took forever for our server to come and acknowledge us officially. Then when finally acknowledged, every order was taken separately with a large time gap. I honestly thought it was a shift change or something else going on the entire time we waited for our first drink(s). However, the food came out instantly. Like literally moments after ordered.

Our second round of drinks the server totally forgot ( body language speaks volumes). Meanwhile, the table that was seated moments after us were served promptly (i.e. water placed at table while still being seated, chips and salsa came out seconds after being seated and their first round of drinks came out immediately after our first round of drinks were served) .

We asked for to go trays and we're given the smallest trays available and one bag. My fiancee and I both ordered two entrees. After given our bill, the server literally stood there and waited for us to pay. Again, never experienced the bill being given and the server waiting at...
