I went twice for a smoothie. The first time wasn't that good, it flavorless and I wasn't impressed. Decided to go for a second time thinking that switching the flavors would make a difference, it didn't. It was actually worse than the first time. I felt that I was drinking crush ice. I get they're supposed to be healthy, but not flavorless, so either the fruit was too raw or the portions very small to make a difference. Also, the people in the night shift there have no idea about customer service; they don't look happy to be working, there was no smile at all, and work as if they want you out of the place as soon as possible. A girl in the night shift (maybe Kris) gave me a weird vibe for not tipping and didn't even say thank you or anything after I paid. Since when do we have to tip to people for doing what they're supposed to do? I tip waitress/waitresses, but nowadays everyone expects a tip. Not...

From a genuine customer now for more than 4 months. I use to go to a different place for my smoothies and acai bowls but because of the welcoming service and excellent bowls I go to rush bowls 2 times a week. My experience is top notch everytime that I go and order, so much so that I prefer to go in and order rather than order online and just pick up.

Ro greets me by name and he makes a beautiful well crafted bowl for me everytime. He knows my order and he always has a smile on his face. There are plenty of other places I could go for my after workout acai bowls and smoothies but I choose to make the drive to go here because of Ro’s top notch service and well crafted bowls.
