WFM Coffee Bar — Restaurant in Atlanta

The space is very nice and employees are usually friendly but their equipment is frequently broken. The last 2 times I have been here their espresso machine was broken . They have enough space to have multiple machines. Their nitro cold brew machine is also broken and has been broken for a long time. Two weeks ago I brought a very liberal friend that was visiting to this location he was harassed by a homeless person inside and was angry with me for taking him to a “homeless hangout spot”. Terrible service. I’ve given this place multiple tries since it’s nice to grab a coffee after grocery shopping but today was the last straw. I walk up, with several workers behind the counter. They were all doing things, so I understood they were busy but after a minute or so I asked if they were open. A guy bent over doing something with the fridge never looks up and rudely says, “Ma’am I’m busy with something I’ll be with you in a minute.” While another worker just walks by without any acknowledgment. My first time here was great, but every time I return it’s increasingly bad. One time it took 15 minutes for an iced coffee, despite there being 3 baristas (they were chatting with a friend instead of making beverages). Today, I received the completely wrong drink. I could tell the barista wasn’t really paying attention so I even kindly repeated the order three times to confirm. It still ended up being the wrong order. I also ordered decaf (for medical reasons) and I don’t feel confident she got that right. Next time I’ll just get a canned coffee from inside...
