I was on vacation and had never been to this location before. It was a late night after spending the entire day at the beach, and we decided to order pizza. We customized our pizza to our liking and also ordered a cookie.
When the order was delivered, the pizza was incorrect ā it was missing toppings and condiments ā and the cookie was burnt. In addition, the delivery driver claimed he did not have change for our cash payment, which made me feel as though he simply wanted to keep the extra amount as a tip. Because we were tired, we did not eat the pizza that night.
The following morning, I called the store to report the issue. The manager informed me that she could not issue a refund because, according to her, I had been to the store before and she had āheard my voice.ā I explained that I was on vacation and had never been to that store in my life. She then asked me to bring the pizza in person, which I had no problem doing since I had no reason to lie about the situation.
I feel the way I was treated was unprofessional and unacceptable. To be accused of dishonesty over the phone, instead of being helped as a customer, was disappointing and disrespectful. Because of this experience, I would never order from this...

Upon entering the store, we were greeted by the cashier Lillian who was very welcoming. There was one small menu on the wall. I think there should be several especially since itās so small for people to view. At least have one on each side. We ordered a small pie, breadsticks, and a cookie. The wait time was fair. I would recommend placing your order in advance as there was only one chair located inside of the restaurant. When we arrived back to our hotel room, we were excited to dig in. The pizza was so overcooked it was so dry you had to down it with a beverage. We couldnāt take it anymore that we decided to stop eating it. The breadsticks and cookie were the same way.
