Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Atlantic City

I was on vacation and had never been to this location before. It was a late night after spending the entire day at the beach, and we decided to order pizza. We customized our pizza to our liking and also ordered a cookie.

When the order was delivered, the pizza was incorrect — it was missing toppings and condiments — and the cookie was burnt. In addition, the delivery driver claimed he did not have change for our cash payment, which made me feel as though he simply wanted to keep the extra amount as a tip. Because we were tired, we did not eat the pizza that night.

The following morning, I called the store to report the issue. The manager informed me that she could not issue a refund because, according to her, I had been to the store before and she had “heard my voice.” I explained that I was on vacation and had never been to that store in my life. She then asked me to bring the pizza in person, which I had no problem doing since I had no reason to lie about the situation.

I feel the way I was treated was unprofessional and unacceptable. To be accused of dishonesty over the phone, instead of being helped as a customer, was disappointing and disrespectful. Because of this experience, I would never order from this...

My grandmother is an 87-year-old lady who placed a in-store order which was completely messed up after waiting almost an hour and 25 minutes her order was given to her after she kept being put on hold for other orders the pizza was undercooked it was very bland and by the time she got home and noticed the pizzas were not the correct order we ordered a big box with a cheese pizza and A pepperoni with barbecue wings and when she got home the wings had no sauce on them they were hard to the point you couldn’t even chew them both the pizzas were undercooked and they were not one cheese and one pepperoni they both had what looked to be like ground sausage or pepper or ground beef on it which is unacceptable call back and we saw they’re busy had to call back he called him back and nothing ever happened is that I told him to call me back and he never did I want to try to attempt to call them again but I’ll probably be told that it was too long of a wait or that it’s my fault Which is very unprofessional I reached out to Corporate and still never heard nothing back it’s been four days My family jozelle had issues with the pizza shop in the past and Seth is supposed to be the manager who is supposed to help us but never...

While visiting Atlantic City in mid-April 2025 I decided to stop by Pizza Hut to grab a quick bite to eat. Upon entering the store, we were greeted by the cashier Lillian who was very welcoming. There was one small menu on the wall. I think there should be several especially since it’s so small for people to view. At least have one on each side. We ordered a small pie, breadsticks, and a cookie. The wait time was fair. I would recommend placing your order in advance as there was only one chair located inside of the restaurant. When we arrived back to our hotel room, we were excited to dig in. The pizza was so overcooked it was so dry you had to down it with a beverage. We couldn’t take it anymore that we decided to stop eating it. The breadsticks and cookie were the same way. The quality of the food was highly disappointing.
