⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of dining at BBG's Bar and Grill in downtown Austin, and I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience—thanks in large part to Sophie! From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. Sophie was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and offered fantastic recommendations. I tried the BBQ brisket tacos, and they were nothing short of amazing! She even suggested the perfect drink to complement my meal, and it was spot on. Her passion for the food and drinks really shone through, making our dining experience all the more enjoyable. What truly stood out was Sophie's attentiveness. She checked in on us just the right amount, ensuring we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Her friendly demeanor and genuine care for her customers made our night unforgettable. If you're looking for a great meal and even better service in downtown Austin, make sure to visit BBG's and ask for Sophia! She truly goes above and beyond, and I can't wait to return for another delicious meal and a chat with her. Thank you, Sophie, for making our evening so special!

I haven’t seen wings like these since I first saw the 737 first take flight. The Boeing 737 is a narrow-body aircraft produced by Boeing at its Renton Factory in Washington. Developed to supplement the Boeing 727 on short and thin routes, the twinjet retains the 707 fuselage cross-section and nose with two underwing turbofans. Envisioned in 1964, the initial 737-100 made its first flight in April 1967 and entered service in February 1968 with Lufthansa. The lengthened 737-200 entered service in April 1968. It evolved through four generations, offering several variants for 85 to 215 passengers. Again, delicious wings. I got the buffalo and teriyaki.

The service here was okay but the food was great! I had the hummus platter and the BBG’s salad without walnuts and I was thoroughly satisfied. I usually hate pita bread but because it was toasted, it was crispy enough it was more or less a pita chip on the outside and it was really good! I tried one of the french fries and it was one of those french fries that are super crispy on the outside despite having a hearty amount of mushy potato on the inside. My favorite. Even if I wasn’t traveling, I probs wouldn’t return here but it was def not too bad at all!

Ridiculous payout of ~$4.00 and crappy customer service at the Texas Soup and Sandwich/ BBG’s Expo on 6th street:

Talked to the manager Tyler about the crappy customer service from the employees there each of the past entire time that I've come to pick up orders there for delivery and he was just an extremely rude folk and unsafe environment for all the customers and I and he was very irresponsible in hearing what is going on and what they're doing to us just for picking up orders and how their mistreating us by giving us bad attitude and talking rudely to us plus he was very rude and did not even give me an opportunity to finish speaking, was just interrupting me was very rude when I clarified to him the very unsafe rude environment from his employees all the previous times including this one that I've been there and how they treat all the customers including us and then he immediately tried to brush off all that I was saying whenever I would up about the his employees misbehaving with me each time I would speak to him and then he went on as far as to say that we do not need to be going there anymore and tolerate his crappy bad service employees and unsafe environment which is not my fault and it doesn't have anything to do with me. That place has serious issues. Who would do that?...

Literally laughable service... My wife and I sat at a top to watch our club. We ordered some mediocre nachos and a few beers. We managed to win... I went to the bar to order a round of shots for my fellow sports fans who were also supporting our shared club.

I was told at the bar that apparently I was not 'allowed' to order a drink from the bar... According to the bartender it's "a business decision" to 'not allow a table to order drinks at the bar because that would negatively affect the servers 'tip money'' because they are all paid based on their tip revenue. ,'

I found it literally laughable that apparently my money was not acceptable at the bar... I asked for reason... 'I will pay cash if you think my unconnected tab at my table somehow negatively affects your colleagues 'tip money', I held a bill in my hand ... still no... A bartender at a bar... Literally denied me $50+ worth of service because it would infringe on her colleagues ' tip' money at a table unconnected to the bar.

Who the H is paying these tenders or supporting a business environment to NOT sell their service because of a fake border war inside of their OWN establishment... Nope. A literal joke. Never...
