Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Austin

If you ever come here when they actually have more than 1 food option, prepare to be disappointed by the total lack of service.

This place is ran as if it was a soup kitchen and not a restaurant with paying customers. They are often out of over half the protein options, often also not having veggies, cheese, or extras. I'm not sure if this is an issue with them not supplying the restaurant properly or to having lazy employees but I suspect its a mixture of both.

If over half the protein options are not there, one would expect the staff to be working hard in order to replace them but I often see them sitting back and just chatting around not doing anything to fix this issue(almost like they assume their PAYING CUSTOMERS should just take whatever they have leftover from lunch service).

Either fix the supposed supply issue or make your lazy staff cook the protein you have.

Last time I came here, I paid over $12 for a small portion burrito bowl after waiting 30 minutes in a line of literally 2 people and when I asked for a bag because I have to walk almost a mile to go back, I was refused by the lazy cashier even though there were bags around 5 feet away, which I pointed out, and she was just too lazy to go and get them and even RUDELY responded by saying that she "didn't have time for this" and when I reminded her that I was just asking her to do her job, she muttered an expletive at me.

This level of service and lack of options is the worst I have ever seen and I would gladly rate 0 stars for it if possible. To whomever runs this branch of chipotle, know that just because college students need to eat doesn't mean you should serve them in the worst way possible.

My last 3 orders here have gone as follows: they got my name wrong so I waited for my order almost until close, well over an hour before they finally figured it out and got me my hours old food, the tortilla was uncooked and inedible, secondly I'm assuming they pranked me because I got a tortilla in aluminum foil folded up but basically 0 fillings It was just a 3 inch long wadded up tortilla when I had ordered a burrito, lastly they had my order prepared and bagged but misplaced it and didn't call it out until after over 90 minutes of waiting I asked and they searched and finally found it. Truly the worst run and worst service I have ever experienced I have ordered here for years and have in all honesty not a single time gotten my order even remotely correct without waiting over 90 minutes its insane. Pepper the complaint chat bot is absolutely horrid and provided 0 assistance whatsoever with any of these issues despite me trying many, many times. The nastiest Chipotle I've ever been to, unfortunately didn't notice until we had already paid as it was set up differently than others we've been to. The grill and pans were very dirty looking, chunk of foil in the guacamole. The drink/napkin area was dirty and barely stocked with anything, liquids in 2 of the empty untincel containers, looked like nothing had been cleaned in that area in some time. Nothing against what I assumed was a homeless person but they entered more than once and was digging though the trash the short time we were there, store wasn't very busy and none of the 6 or 7 employees said anything to them, a employee was on their phone with gloves on and didn't change before handling orders, as we were finishing up, no others were in line, store looking down right disrespecting to the name, which is one of my favs, all employees disappeared but 2 , 1 made the other a bowl so big it was overflowing......ridiculous.
