Wow. what a mind-blowing experience. I showed up to pick up my online order and my drink was made wrong, which was not the problem. I completely understand things happen and I'm patient. I worked in a coffee shop for five years, I understand how easy it is to make a mistake or miss something. However, when I kindly pointed out to the barista that the drink in the cup and the drink on the ticket were not the same drink, she chose to argue with me about how I ordered incorrectly and that if I wanted my drink made right I should have ordered right. I ordered a small iced Americano, no water, extra ice. The app does not allow you to order two shots of expresso and add ice, so I order it as an Americano (which is actually more expensive than ordering two shots - but again it is not an option in the app). Not only was the drink filled to the top with water, but when I pointed out it was just supposed to be espresso and ice, she got upset with me and told me that she put water (intentionally) because I ordered wrong and that is not how americanos are made. Then continued to make a big deal about having to remake the drink all while being extremely rude. I work in customer service and have been the one behind the counter before. First, I would never ever tell a customer I purposefully made their drink wrong because they ordered it wrong and then get upset at them when they ask for what they ordered. Secondly, I would never treat a customer the way I was treated, as though I was a massive inconvenience to their day. This was a treat for me to splurge and get a coffee as it is so expensive everywhere, and the experience was ruined and money and...

That barista is like a joke. I ordered ice americano, she gave me 2 shots, poured ice in the cup, then poured hot water in the cup. What the hell???? She doesn’t even know how to make an ICE americano, and when I asked her to put down discount cuz I have a city market membership and I gave her the number, she didn’t even give me the discount. This used to be my favorite Starbucks a couple months ago but now it’s like a joke. I miss the old baristas 👎🏻 Is it normal for a drink to be $1 dollar? I was in line when I noticed the guy who works there changed the price to the person in front of me almost giving it for free?! Tried to find a manager but cashiers told me they were gone...
