Customer service was terrible. There was a bug in my cup of ice I had to drink a warm can of soda my boyfriend and I were not asked one time did we need anything how was our food no nothing! While the couple Caucasian couple behind us got their undivided attention. We are paying customers as well. The general tso chicken was good I can’t take that away but we had to ask for rice because it did not come with the meal. The shrimp and broccoli was bland I asked for spicy as well seasoning just needed to be added. Overall I’m very disappointed and addressed my concerns to the manager the young waitress also had on AirPods just lounging around just looks very unprofessional at the end of the day and we weren’t happy. Oh we also had to ask for a bag! I’m never coming back and will be letting anyone know who I told should come here...

Ordered pickup with my family. The food itself is pretty good, but they left out several items that were supposed to be included with our entrees. For example, the website says chicken katsu comes with soup, salad, and white rice, but there was no white rice to be found (and does lettuce underneath the chicken count as a salad?). Came w/two coworkers for lunch, two of us got the sashimi lunch. This came w/8 pieces of sashimi and a roll. The sashimi was chef's choice and very unimpressive - included two pieces of egg (not sashimi), and two pieces of fake crab. So really just 4 pieces of actual fish. The 4 pieces were OK but nothing amazing. The roll was also very average. The other person got two rolls, again, very average.
