Well after our long trip we decided to give this a try since we are staying at the Hilton based on the positive google restaurant reviews….. maybe it depends on the day, this was Friday evening…. There was one waiter taking care of the whole restaurant it seemed, not his fault he was a nice guy, but the service was terrible…. But i can forgive this, people call in etc…. But for $100 for my wife and I with no drinks, we ordered two appetizers and two dinners thats it, now IF the food was full of flavor and high end , I’m good with the price tag…. This was not the case, the wings which were no better than dominos were $18 for FIVE wings FIVE wings are you serious?!! Then the pretzels were not as good as a Sams Club pretzel. The flounder was okay but three bites, the crab Mac and cheese had no flavor at all, so boring. We were not satisfied at all, so maybe the dessert would redeem, a different waitress came by to ask if we wanted dessert, my wife asked for the menu…. By the time she came back 15 minutes later with the menu, we were done and wanted to leave...After that for the first time a guy asked if we wanted a refill on our water 45 minutes later smh…then i had to flag down our waiter for the bill…… bottom line, we should have just hit the jimmy johns or chipotle for a third of the price at least we know what we get there. Very disappointed, been to many Hilton restaurants and this was the most mediocre by a mile.

I don't know why the negative reviews but I'm a true-to-the-heart Google reviewer. I came here with my kids. Derell was our waiter. He was attentive to my son's needs. My son is on the spectrum and Darrell understood that. My son always has to have a glass of water with no ice and Derell made that happen. The other man who appeared to be Spanish kept my son's glass full at all times. He kept smiling as he filled my son's glass. A very kind gentleman. Between myself and my two kids, we ordered the Marhgerita (sp?) pizza, the pepperoni pizza and the hamburger. My daughter also ordered the apple pie. I ordered the lemon drop martini drinks. I don't have one complaint whatsoever. The food tasted so good. The drinks were tasty. The atmosphere was pleasant as we sat near the window and enjoyed people watching. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who is staying at the Hilton and in need of a great meal with drinks.

I recommend this place only if you are desperate. The main part of the restaurant has a distinct loading dock atmosphere at night (the bright lights from adjacent loading dock are totally overpowering), and the flatbread I had was like eating pepperoni on cardboard. Seriously. And I waited an hour for the privilege. I think they had some major staffing issues, but the food and beverage program at this Hilton seems to have some serious issues overall.

Came here for breakfast and maybe it was an "off" day for the team, but $36 for a standard hotel breakfast buffet and mediocre service didn't sit right with me. I was a party of one and they slipped in a 20% added gratuity charge in the bill. If it weren't for the convenience of the Hilton being right next to the Camden Yards station, I probably would've meandered somewhere else to grab breakfast. Overall, the experience was just kind of "meh". I didn't hate it, but I didn't love it either. The hospitality part was definitely lacking. However, I do have to point out that the food runner taking care of the buffet was on point. I didn't interact with him, but he was smart enough to pick up dropped fruit immediately to avoid a slip hazard and he was very observant on replenishing the food. That kind of cognizance should be...
