WHY CANT I LEAVE MORE STARS?!?!?! I visited Section 771 on the last day of a brutal 4 day convention weekend battle with Baltimore, between car troubles and the worst hotel, we just needed one good experience to end the trip with and Max at the bar delivered hands down! The space was mostly empty as it was getting late (what luck that such a rad place was still serving food after midnight) and we were greeted with the upmost hospitality right when we stepped in. Surprise! It was just us, the amazing bar tender Max and a birthday celebration for another staff member Emma, who is also an absolute delight of a human being🎉 the food was fast, plentiful, well priced and delicious! Our glasses stayed full, the music was uplifting and fun, it was like showing up to a friend's house and having a low key party. Honestly, I was on the verge of defeat and mental breakdown exhaustion before we walked in and within moments Max turned our entire evening around and ended our Baltimore stay with bright loving fun energy we needed so badly. Our only issue is we were looking for some late night food and unfortunately the kitchen wasn't open. If it had been open even 30min later we would have been able to try the food and review it but judging purely off what we heard from a couple of the customers, we missed out.
Just a suggestion because the hotel we are staying at is 75 feet (ish) from the bar and having the ability to get food there rather than order it would have been a treat!
But again other than that this place is...
