I really tried to give this place multiple chances. I’ve been there three times. The first time I went, the food and service were amazing! Online ordering was easy!! However, the second time I ordered, I was not as lucky. It is partially my fault, I had a very large order, we tried to give them enough time but I think I went there too early for pick up and ended up having to sit and wait. This is not their fault at all! We had 9 sandwiches ordered! However, after the wait, we were only given 8 sandwiches. Once I realized that one was missing, I called and told them about it. I was told that a manager would call me back and they never did. So I wasted a good $15 on a sandwich I never got. Even after this, I still wanted to support this business! Especially because the food is amazing! The drinks are very well made! I tried to again, place an online order. They were out of bagels, so I had to substitute for a ciabatta. I hope I’m not being picky when I say that they could’ve at least given me two sausage patties to fit the size of the ciabatta. See picture below. The rest of the food was correct, however, when I went to pick everything up, my drink had not been made. I asked the barista and she asked me what I had ordered, which was an iced latte with oatmilk and hazelnut. She hurried and made it, however, she used regular milk and no hazelnut. I do not blame her, she was in a rush! Luckily, I do not have a dairy allergy, I just prefer oatmilk. However, this could have actually hurt someone if they were lactose intolerant. At the end of the day, the food here is great, the service is wonderful, everyone is nice. Unfortunately, I have just had one too many bad experiences to justify spending anymore money here. I will just go to Starbucks...

So disappointed,,, ran over to pick up a B-more veggie sandwich for lunch before my 1230 meeting, returned to find that there was no spinach, red onion or Pesto sauce. I had a shredded lettuce, tomato, avocado plain sandwich for $12. Now I'm frustrated because I have to take it back. The young lady who took my order was very apologetic, listened to my complaint and shared it with the chief. She returned stating the chief apologizes for inconvenience and he would make whatever I wanted. I though ok, a Beet and Goat cheese salad is quick and easy. I got my salad didn't bother to check it because I was sure it would be right. Well I was wrong, once again there were things missing. There were no mandarin oranges and no walnuts, just salad greens, beets, pickled onion and goat cheese. What a disappointment. I don't usually go down the review route but this is ridiculous. How do you mess up the two easiest meals on the menu? I don't know but I'm done. Good luck...

I wish I could give 4.5 stars. The service was prompt, and the grilled cheese was delicious and exactly how I like it. The coffee was also good. I would visit again. The two drawbacks I noted were that one the day I went they only had drop coffee available around 1245. I don't know if they stop serving lattes once breakfast is over, but I missed being able to have an afternoon latte. The uther slight complaint I have is that the milk wasn't readily available. I think they were keeping it in the refrigerator which is good food safety practice, so I was grateful for that. 4 dollars for a cup of drip coffee is a bit...
