Starbucks — Restaurant in Bellevue

WORST STARBUCKS EVER. Do not go here, I stood in line for 10 minutes even though there were like 2 people. Then I ordered a tall pink drink and it took 5 minutes, some guy added way too much ice, I mean the whole cup had ice in it and I finished the drink in 2 minutes even though I get the same thing at other Starbucks restaurants, and finish it in 10 or 15. The barista forgot to put strawberries in mine and once I asked him to redo the drink, he told me he could not, he also didn’t seem to care. PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND DONT GO HERE. Older Caucasian gal was working solo wich is understandable. We waited patiently 5 minutes for her to get to us although we were the only ones in line. When we ordered she lottery said it was too complicated because I asked for matcha with coconut milk? I pretty munched had to nicely beg to two pupaccinos and she sarcastically asked were was the dogs? Stay away...

The barista (new??) became upset when I ordered small cup of water, which I do sometimes to hydrate, she told me to order it from the cashier as they keep inventory. Sorry. Didn't know that and I've been going to this Starbucks for several years and I merely forgot to place an order for water which happens sometimes due to lack of caffeine. She was upset...
