My friends and I were at the Olympic last night, expecting to have a fun night out and see some great live music (shoutout to Barn, the show was amazing!) What we were NOT expecting, however, was to be harassed, sneered at, and called “bitches” by the young man checking tickets and ID’s. In addition to behaving as though our very presence in the venue was a personal affront to him, he belittled myself and my friend for having a traditionally masculine name and a hyphenated last name, respectively (which in addition to being rude, seemed an odd thing to get hung up on). To top it off my son asked to be refunded for our ticket prices and was refused. Was told he could go outside and try to sell them Avoid this place if you are seeking a nice evening and not...

The only con to this place that I heard about from some of the guys from a band I saw is that there are people complaining of the noise from the concerts on either side of the building. Not sure what could be done about that, but it does limit the sound a little.
Don't get me wrong, the punk show I went to was super loud and awesome, but I could feel a...
